Due to poor previous experiences with local car dealerships, and car salesmen in general, I wasn't very optimistic when I arrived at Holler Hyundai for the very first time. But, the extremely accommodating staff immediately set my mind at ease. Dale Humpherys was the sales consultant that assisted me with purchasing my new 2012 Hyundai Genesis Coupe, and he has definitely earned all of my future business with his relaxed yet informative approach. This experienced gentleman was able to set traditional sales guidelines aside while focusing on my concerns which ultimately won me over. Because I had been misguided during past vehicle purchases I was very demanding & quite honestly not easy to deal with. Yet Dale was easily able to present tangible resolutions which helped us achieve a mutual agreement. Uncharacteristic of the typical sales person the friendly reception didn't stop there. He has continued to express his genuine concern for my satisfaction well after the sale was finalized. Since I purchased my car I have spoken with other pleased Hyundai owners that surprisingly also dealt with Mr. Humpherys whom had nothing but great things to say about him and their car buying experience. To me this is a true testament to his diligent work ethic. Anyone who may be "on the fence" about your next vehicle purchase I would highly recommend paying Holler a visit. The stereotypical "hype" that is so commonly promoted in regards to local dealerships is not what you'll find with the courteous staff at Holler.
