My wife and I searched for vehicles on the internet and were ready to drive out and buy a 2011 New Santa Fe Limited (V6). We 'chatted' with their internet sales person Celina who assured us that the vehic were ready to drive out and buy a 2011 New Santa Fe Limited (V6). We 'chatted' with their internet sales person Celina who assured us that the vehicle was still available and answered all of our questions. My wife and I called just before we left and made sure that everything was ready for us... we were ready to buy this vehicle, pending a test drive... the price seemed right everything seemed to easy....it was.... When we got there the first sales guy on the lot met us and told us "oh... celina works in the internet department they are not located here, one of us will be happy to help you." We were introduced to Rafael the manager and than headed out to the lot to "find" the vehicle... because the sales guy had no idea where it might be. Well the vehicle it turns out had been sold 2 days previously and when we tried to talk about possibility of price matching with the other similar vehicle on the lot with the same specifications but a $2000 higher sticker price we were told that the they "cant discount a new vehicle like that". We were than told that the vehicle we had been talking about ( and I had a vin number ) was not a V6 and was just a GLS, thats why it was so cheap... THIS WAS A LIE. When I got home I looked up the vin number on my computer and it was exactly what the add the internet said it was "2011 V6 Hyundai Sante Fe Limited". Needless to say I will NEVER be visiting Holler Hyundai with their rude lying sales people again. More
First of all I drove 43 miles to see a car which was supposed to be a private owner trade in according to a salesman. Well on arrival i met with Shannon who was friendly and turned me over to Crystal. C supposed to be a private owner trade in according to a salesman. Well on arrival i met with Shannon who was friendly and turned me over to Crystal. Crystal was nice and even knowledgeable on the car but something was wrong. I asked for a car fax on it and she changed the subject when I told her I had looked at other cars that were 'rental' owned trade in's. We drove around and soon returned to the showroom. I told her that I still wanted a car fax and that I would make an offer on the car. Shannon came over and explained in a condescending way that they dont negotiate prices, they are firm, and they are based on local cost surveys of cars sold in Orlando. She reminded me of Ashley on That Pawn show that I cant list here. Same rude attitude that basically said if you dont like our price go elsewhere. Wow what an experience that was, my wife even was shocked by the way the friendly attitude turned cold when we tried to make an offer. By the way all the Accents they had were rental trade in's thats why they hid or refused the car fax. DON'T BUY HERE Unless you want a rental return car.And watch out for Ashley (Shannon) Good luck if you do More
My wife and I searched for a small car with good mileage for workdays’ business trips. Hyundai Accent 2012 was one of the best options but we could not find it due to high demand. However, on Holler Hyundai for workdays’ business trips. Hyundai Accent 2012 was one of the best options but we could not find it due to high demand. However, on Holler Hyundai in Winter Park FL, we were able to reserve one of these cars and purchase it in a couple of days later. Great thanks to sales representative Ashley. She reserved a car for us, kept the promised price and provided an outstanding service. She stayed focus on everything that we shared with her and was very friendly and helpful. Our total experience on this dealership was fabulous. If you decide to buy a new Hyundai, we would highly recommend going to this dealership and asking for Ashley “Nikki” Simmons. More

First got to dealership and Dan Calapa greeted my husband and myself. He was very nice. I said I was just looking. I do not like pushy salespeople and he was not. He just told us some things about the cars a and myself. He was very nice. I said I was just looking. I do not like pushy salespeople and he was not. He just told us some things about the cars and SUV's that we were looking at. I went for a ride in the 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe. I loved it. We ended up getting the car. More

I highly recommend working with Christopher Shimp, who is an excellent Sales Consultant; he was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and made the whole process amazingly smooth and stress-free. Prices given up front, no need to dig around. Give them a try if you're looking for an easy car-buying experience...my wife and I got treated poorly at Universal Hyundai Orlando, so we decided to come here. What a difference! I would highly recommend working with this dealership. When I say NO PRESSURE, I mean it. More
?Service guy took car for a long ride over 45 min and 25 mi away to hear a AC noise and he was told you can hear it when it is parked. then when he came back from the test drive he had someone in the car wi mi away to hear a AC noise and he was told you can hear it when it is parked. then when he came back from the test drive he had someone in the car with him. ( ya think they were using it for something else) WOW Free Gas Free Ride lets use that car!!!!! then they told me that they cant find anything wrong. But 2 min in the parking lot I got it to make the noise.then I saw damage on the right front wheel like someone hit a curb, when I took it in and we 3 of us looked at the tires for wear there was no damage now after test drive DAMAGE not hard to tell who did that. POOR POOR Customer NO SERVICE. More
I Bought one of their used cars on a Sunday afternoon, also bought an extended warranty. I Was told coverage was bumper to bumper 24 months or 24,000 miles. Tuesday morning(roughly 37 hours(150miles) late also bought an extended warranty. I Was told coverage was bumper to bumper 24 months or 24,000 miles. Tuesday morning(roughly 37 hours(150miles) later transmission completely failed. Car was towed to VW dealer and diagnosed as needing a new transmission at a cost of $5000. I called up the manager on duty at Holler and expressed how glad I was to have purchased the extended warranty. She said "What do you mean, the warranty company won't cover that". She said someone will call me. Balance of Tuesday - no call, Wednesday-no call, Went back in on Thursday and spoke with Chris Terrell Manager- Said I'd just like to un-do the deal. He said that's fine, asked if I rented a car or did they give me a loaner. I told him I rented it myself as I live 35 miles away. He wrote info down and said check would be processed, he said come back tomorrow around 11:00am check will be here. Drove back up Friday for check, check not at dealer, but at Corporate. Went to corporate got check. Surprised to find check only for down payment. Called Chris an asked about rental car fee, he said they won't pay since I didn't purchase another car from them. So after visiting a number of used car dealerships along the side of the road, I thought I'd be far better off dealing with a larger more reputable dealer. Big mistake on my part!!!! If you purchase at any of the Holler Dealerships only buy new, but pay close attention to all the added fee's and contracts. My contract had one monthly payment and then buried in the package was the first coupon to use for the first payment(It was almost $11.00 higher (monthly) than the figure on purchase contract). As for the Extended Service contract they'll (strongly suggest) at contract signing push. Don't waste your money, it's simply another avenue to boost their profit. My cost to deal with Holler? $ 34.00 Filled the gas tank of my new used car Monday night(car died Tuesday morning). $ 130.00 Rental Car (Tuesday- Saturday) until got check and bought another car. $ 5.00 to cash corporate refund check since I am not an account holder at the bank it was drawn on. $ 169.00 PS. After cashing refund check went to used vehicle dealer just down the street from Holler, bought vehicle costing almost twice as much, using the same down payment without all the added fee's and bs extended warranty- Payment is $5 more monthly for the same 36 months. I bought a new car at Holler Hyundai and I was very pleased with the service. They're one of the few dealerships that give's you their price up front. Everybody else you have to call to get a price tha pleased with the service. They're one of the few dealerships that give's you their price up front.
