I bought this Hyundai 10 years ago for this main reason: Chevrolet had pulled Holler's franchise and up to then, I had bought Chevrolets. Since Holler now had a Hyundai franchise, I bought a Hyundai. Holle Chevrolet had pulled Holler's franchise and up to then, I had bought Chevrolets. Since Holler now had a Hyundai franchise, I bought a Hyundai. Holler has always treated me well without any of the shenanigans I have experienced from other dealers in my life. Essentially, I have this Hyundai because it's a Holler Hyundai. This visit was for service (anti-theft software update and an oil change) and it was performed quickly and competently. The Service writer was friendly and the customer waiting area is large and pleasant with clean restrooms, a large screen TV, and free coffee. Again, Holler has treated me well and that's why I have been a customer these many years. The best dealer in Central Florida IMNSHO. More
My service advisor, Kylie Molt, is the best! When I left a message for her about setting up an appointment, she promptly called me back! Kylie checked what my service plans provided, checked for recalls and kept me informed by text while I waited for my car to be serviced! All the work on my car was completed to my satisfaction! I've been going to this dealership for at least 10 years and after today, I will never go back there again. I had an 1120 appointment to have routine maintenance done on my 2021 Tucson. I checked in on time. Anthony the service advisor told me they were running at about 2 hours. Ridiculous in my opinion for an appointment but ok. At the 2 hr 20 minute mark I sent a text to the advisor. He never responded. Finally at 2 o'clock I went to find out what was going on. Anthony told me that my car was NEXT to BE STARTED. Yep, they hadn't even started working on it. I was furious and asked for my car to be returned to me. I also asked for the service manager to call me. I was told he was at lunch. It's been 2 hours and I have yet to get a call back. 6 years ago I gave them a 5 star review on google. Things have definitely declined since then. More

We did not accept the technicians word and the car has been driving great with just the first fix for $729) Of course the service manager never called. We feel the dealership was trying to rip us off by upping the bill by $550. We will never use this dealer for service or to purchase. More
