Our group's motto, "Never forget your customer - Never let your customer forget you!" comes straight from the mind and heart of the William E. "Bill" Holler, the first Mr. Holler to go into the automotive industry. Long before motivational speakers became fashionable, Bill Holler was an institution! Automotive News described him as a spellbinder, a table-pounder, an evangelist. But he didn't sell cars on personality alone. By understanding customer wants and needs, Bill was able to develop innovative programs to inspire dealers to establish new sales records.
Roger III, Chris and Jill Holler Rogers, Vice-Presidents of our automotive group are the great-grandchildren of the fabled Bill Holler. He founded the General Motors Dealers' Son School established to prepare dealers' offspring to inherit the family franchise and his son, grandson and great-grandchildren were all graduates. From 1929 when General Motors Chairman, C.S. Mott, hired Bill to be Vice President of GM and General Sales Manager of Chevrolet until his retirement in 1945, Bill Holler earned a distinguished reputation as a tireless listener to the dealer, implementing trend-setting innovations and establishing programs to teach the fundamentals of auto sales and quality service still in use today. A believer that a good sales person is critical to our economy, Bill elevated the standards of our profession. In sales literature and speeches he often pointed out that the commander who leads the troops in battle...the volunteer who raises funds for charity...the homeowner who gets the neighborhood involved in a community project...is doing a sales job.

I had a horrible experience with another dealership and the tremendous pressure and dishonesty. I was very hesitant going to another dealership. Then last weekend, I had the pleasure of meeting Nancy DiCa the tremendous pressure and dishonesty. I was very hesitant going to another dealership. Then last weekend, I had the pleasure of meeting Nancy DiCarlantonio at Hollar Hyundai. She did not pressure me, but gave me the facts I needed to know about the car and answered all questions I had honestly. I felt like Nancy was respectful of my concerns and knowledgeable. She was enthusiastic about helping me and willing to spend as much time as needed until I found the right car for me and until all my questions were answered. She even followed up with me from the dealership to make sure I was enjoying my new car. I could tell she really cared about me finding the right car and I felt relaxed and this time, enjoyed the shopping experience. The car is Perfect Just like my Salesperson! This Dealership states the price of the car and that is it!!! no ups or downs or games just facts and care! They care about customer satisfaction and are genuine. No drama or pressure involved. In no time at all, I found the perfect car with her help. It’s a pre-owned 2011 Hyundai Accent with a warranty and I love the car. My experience at this dealership was wonderful. They are very upfront in their price and will not negotiate. There $599 dealer fee seems a little too high. I found a better deal at Hyundai of Deland. I gave them perfect scores at Holler Hyundai because my visit was nothing short of perfect. I have never seen a dealership so willing to provide great customer service and deals from the start. We found the overall experience to be exceptional. Holler Hyundai is NOT the place to be hounded by sales people, haggled with or insulted. They give you their best price right up front. Our sales representative, Quan Loc, was very easy to talk to, knowledgeable, very respectful of your preferences and gave me great advice on what was best for my needs. It was a total different experience from other dealerships where the sales people are on commission and they push cars on you that you don't even want to see.
