I went in knowing that I wanted a dark gray or dark blue Hyundai Elantra. Nancy was friendly and arranged the test drive very quickly and everything was going very smoothly. She called and confirmed the appointment but didn't tell us the car had been sold. Holler had the best price for the vehicle but if you don't have what I want I am going somewhere else and find a price match. Nancy tried to convince me I wanted this other car that was not the color or the package that I wanted and could not understand that I wanted a particular color and package. It was very frustrating. Overall, it was not high pressure and the experience was fine. The price was good and they didn't appear to play a lot of the games that other dealerships do. More

Holler makes this process very easy by offering the very best price (in plain view on the side window) from the outset. I visited the dealership three times before finally buying. There was never any pressure to make a decision and I never was faced with an unending parade of team leaders or floor managers wanting to earn by business. Quite the opposite. I of course did my research, understood the incentives being offered by Hyundai and knew the price was fair. Fred never let me feel that anyone other than myself was in control of the process. He answered all my questions and was patient throughout the process. Completing the paperwork was straightforward and efficient. I wasn't prepared to be presented with an offer of an extended warranty as I just wanted to sign the paperwork and be on my way. Toni clearly presented the various options and benefits to the different extended warranties and there was no pressure whatsover to purchase something in addition. Overall, my experience with Holler Hyundai was exceptional and I would definitely recommend them for consideration when purchasing a new vehicle. More
