We came back to Holler Hyundai after 5 years where we bought a Tiburon Sport 2007. Unfortuanally, 2 weeks ago, my wife had a total loss accident. She is fine thanks be to God. This time we went back looking for a 2012 Sonata and came out with a Sonata 2013 full loaded. best offer, great deal, beautiful color, interiors, and the whole yard....nothing to envi....the Car is a Car....my wife love it and we are more than please so far, although we haven't driven no where so far...but bring it home was a dream car. From the moment he came out of the building as we were walking toward the entrance, he was like an angel from heaven. With his smile from ear to ear, and the warm welcoming, was the key for us not to leave the dealer that day. He never hustle us at any time. I went in knowing that I wanted a dark gray or dark blue Hyundai Elantra. Nancy was friendly and arranged the test drive very quickly and everything was going very smoothly. She called and confirmed the appointment but didn't tell us the car had been sold. Holler had the best price for the vehicle but if you don't have what I want I am going somewhere else and find a price match. Nancy tried to convince me I wanted this other car that was not the color or the package that I wanted and could not understand that I wanted a particular color and package. It was very frustrating. Overall, it was not high pressure and the experience was fine. The price was good and they didn't appear to play a lot of the games that other dealerships do. More
