The only issue I had was the signs and postings made it seem as though the 120 months/100,000 mile warranty was included in the sticker price when it is actually an additional charge. I have not yet experienced any service at the dealership, but I will take my car to them for any repairs because I trust them and they are so kind and respectful. More
My husband took my 2012 Hyundai Genesis in for a routine oil change, the car has less than 17,000 miles and they told him he needed to purchase a $62.00 filter for the inside for the A/C or the A/C could go oil change, the car has less than 17,000 miles and they told him he needed to purchase a $62.00 filter for the inside for the A/C or the A/C could go out. Since we live in Florida and it does get hot, he purhcased it and they installed it, however even though we have an extended warranty and the warranty on this vehicle is 60,000 miles, this particular part was NOT covered. This is truly AMAZING to me, does this mean that every 17,000 miles we have to purchase a new Air Filter for the inside of the vehicle for the A/C?? I feel we were "ripped off" by a service person trying to "look good" to a service manager and this part wasn't really needed. I would like to hear from other owners of 2012 Hyundai Gensis to see if this has been a problem for them. I will indeed do reserach on this problem. More

An immaculate showroom and a well kept and organized lot that has pricing clearly marked. Michael took the time to show us every vehicle type and option to insure that my wife got the exact car she was looking for. He explained the pros and cons of everything from car type to car colors and was absolutely amazing! Once we made a decision on the car we were then pleased with the level of professionalism and fairness in which we were treated in terms of the trade in. The first offer out of the gate was more than fair and exceeded our expectations. Crystal took over from there and handled the finance portion with clarity and ease. It never once felt like we were being mislead or confused about any part of this car buying process. After the sale was done Michael took plenty of time to walk us through the many features of the car even making sure we had any and all media synched to the car before we aver left the car lot. I can't say enough great things about the folks at Holler. If you are in the market for new or used cars do yourself a favor a go see Michael and the great people at Holler. Mark Evans was my sales person and he was friendly and knowledgeable without the pressure. He's fabulous! I used to have a Honda and Holler did all of my service on that car.
