I was looking for a new car since I didn't enjoy my car that I had and I wanted a car that would have awesome gas mileage and roomy too. When I arrived to Holler Hyundai, I was greeted by Jim Szlachetka an that I had and I wanted a car that would have awesome gas mileage and roomy too. When I arrived to Holler Hyundai, I was greeted by Jim Szlachetka and he instantly explained that he wasn't there to bring pressure on to me purchasing a new vehicle and that he was there to listen to what I needed in a car and what exactly type of vehicle I was interested in. I took a test drive with the 2013 Hyundai Elantra GLS and was instantly hooked on it. I enjoyed the room in the vehicle and I liked the features with it including the premium package which came with extras. I was so impressed with the way that Jim explained the vehicle with much detail that I came back the following week and purchased the vehicle. I really do recommend this place and the company. I definitely feel at home with this place and they are very polite and friendly with their customers. More

She did not pressure me, but gave me the facts I needed to know about the car and answered all questions I had honestly. I felt like Nancy was respectful of my concerns and knowledgeable. She was enthusiastic about helping me and willing to spend as much time as needed until I found the right car for me and until all my questions were answered. She even followed up with me from the dealership to make sure I was enjoying my new car. I could tell she really cared about me finding the right car and I felt relaxed and this time, enjoyed the shopping experience. The car is Perfect Just like my Salesperson! This Dealership states the price of the car and that is it!!! no ups or downs or games just facts and care! They care about customer satisfaction and are genuine. No drama or pressure involved. In no time at all, I found the perfect car with her help. It’s a pre-owned 2011 Hyundai Accent with a warranty and I love the car. My experience at this dealership was wonderful. They are very upfront in their price and will not negotiate. There $599 dealer fee seems a little too high. I found a better deal at Hyundai of Deland. We found the overall experience to be exceptional. Holler Hyundai is NOT the place to be hounded by sales people, haggled with or insulted. They give you their best price right up front.
