My experience with Holler Hyundai was EXCELLENT!!! From the beginning, the personal care and helpfulness of everyone I met and worked with there was excellent - Ronni Herman, Josh Payne, Christopher Pa From the beginning, the personal care and helpfulness of everyone I met and worked with there was excellent - Ronni Herman, Josh Payne, Christopher Paige, Toni Thomas, and James Addis. All great people! I was introduced to Ronni Herman by a friend of mine who had recently purchased an Elantra there. She worked with Ronni Herman and James Addis. Ronni told me exactly all the forms, bank statements, etc., to fill out and submit, which I did. They found the perfect car for me - exactly what I was looking for - 4 door, no sunroof, automatic, any color but red, and with a gray interior. Even when Ronni couldn't be there on her day off, she guided me to Chris Paige, who expedited the transaction. James Addis, the finance rep, guided me through the last hurdles. Here are a few examples of their attention and care - I forgot my cell phone charger and someone got one for me to use. They always asked if I needed anything, and brought me water. They let me use a computer to print out other documents that they needed which were on my email and/or flash drive. I could go on and on. Their commitment to customer service, a caring environment, and going the extra mile to search for the perfect car - just outstanding! What I really admire is their sense of teamwork - all for one and one for all. There is no vicious backstabbing or competition. They truly care about their customers and getting them in the right car for the best financial arrangement. I would highly recommend each of them and the dealership in general. I feel like I've made five new friends! More

We took the car in because we needed a new tire and it took almost twenty four hours to get a quote for a new tire and then it took another hour to find out that she also needed a new rim. Horrible Dealership - Went in to buy a new Equus thinking that Hyundai are indeed ready to step up their game. This is the second time we are trying to buy a car there thinking that the previous time was just a single bad experience (previous time we bought same day at a different dealership that respects their clients). We were extremely disappointed to learn that such an amazing car will be hindered by a dealership that is just not honest with very poor client approach. They keep stating that they are honest with a no haggle price. I really liked it coming in and was planning to close on a car quickly. After talking to the sales person, closing on the car we wanted we arrived at the dealership to find out that the car 'was sold two hours ago' and maybe we want a different one. The sales manager explained that it was traded and he did not know. The sales person said that someone else wanted to buy the car but they did not run his credit yet. Obviously one of them was lying.. The owner of this business should either be ashamed of his company or ashamed of his employees but the business reality is that he lost a sale of two cars today. What a waste of time. After our experiences and based on talking with others, I have no doubt that their good reviews are all submitted by their own people. More

Even though these cars are on the cheap side, they don't have to treat you like that too. Bait and Switch! My wife and daughter just returned from a horrific experience at Holler Hyundai in Winter Park, Florida. Yesterday, they went to Holler to lease a bra My wife and daughter just returned from a horrific experience at Holler Hyundai in Winter Park, Florida. Yesterday, they went to Holler to lease a brand new white Tuscan, which the dealer did not have. So Chris, the sales manager, “gave her a great deal” on a lease for a new Santa Fe. They did hours of paperwork. My 87 year old mother in law was co-signing the lease because she has a credit score over 800. Late last night, after 3 hours, all the paper work was done, Chris told my wife “…here is the VIN#, go put insurance on the car and come pick it up in the morning”. The next morning, when my wife and daughter went to pick up the car, they told my wife ‘because our daughter has a different address from her grandmother (who is co-signing), Holler could not approve her for the lease. Shawn said they could approve her to purchase the car for $100 more per month. My daughter was crying – she could not afford another $100/mo. Charles, the sales manger, kept referencing her grandmother’s great credit score, and saying “its only an extra $100/mo”. My wife was furious, and they started to leave. My wife was so upset when she walked out of the show room, that she left the lease paperwork. When realizing this, she walked back into the showroom to get it. When she did, Chris, the sales manager, was standing in the middle of the sales floor, in front of his entire sales staff AND customers, mocking my wife loudly and they were all laughing. My wife said to Chris: “do you think it is funny you made my daughter cry”, and walked out. This was Incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional!! They went to Orlando Hyundai to shop there, but also got an unexpected education. First, Billy the sales manager, told them right up front that because of the different address of our daughter (where the car would be) and her grandmother (who was co-signing), they cold not do a lease. The educational part was that they told my wife that Holler knew this up front (just as Orlando Hyundai did). It was obvious to my wife at that point that Holler Hyundai did in fact know up front that the different addresses would get us denied. But they wanted us to come back the next day, complete with insurance on the car so they could pressure us into buying it and driving it off the lot. Classic BAIT AND SWITCH!! How disgusting and unprofessional. We already own one Hyundai, which is why we went to buy another. But not only will we not be buying a Hyundai for our daughter, we will be selling the one we already own. This was such a reprehensible tactic for a car dealer to use, and even worse was them laughing at my wife for being upset at their tactics. More
