I had a fantastic experience at Holler Hyundai. I worked with Dan, who was great from beginning to end, as was the person in finance (whose name I've forgotten), and a manager named Chris. There was absolutely no pressure, they were all extremely knowledgeable, and they were more than willing to work with me. The biggest and most amazing experience was after I left with my purchase, and had trouble with the car. When I took it in the next day, not only did they exchange the car for me immediately (at their own expense to change the plate), but they did so without any hesitation. In fact, they were incredibly pleasant and helpful the entire time. I can't express how surprised and grateful I was; my experience with Holler is easily the best customer service I've ever received. From the time I arrived with family, I was met by Mr. Juan Carlos Agostini (Salesman). He was extremely professional and courteous with us. He explained everything pertaining to all vehicles we viewed, which were to many. He took his time with each vehicle and showed us the differences each vehicle had. He never pressured us in any way to buy a vehicle on the contrary he told us to take our time and make sure the vehicle you want meets all of your demands. Once we found the vehicle we wanted he explained all of the discounts the vehicle came with and we bought it! The price was perfect. He was there from the beginning to the end of the final transaction. What we really liked about Mr. Juan Agostini, was his follow up once we took the car home. It has been three months since we bought the car and he still calls and checks up on us and the car, great guy. Most salesmen sell you a car and basically forget about you not Mr Juan Agostini. In a discussion with a friend recently, in which I brought up the subject of a possible purchase of a new car, I was advised to see one Fred Coley, a salesman at Holler Hyundai. As many other friends as well as my daughter, were owners of Hyundai cars, and also highly recommended the vehicle line, I found myself being introduced to Fred in the Holler Hyundai showroom the other day. It is my pleasure to report to you, the reader, that every praise heaped upon him by my friend was more than justified. In addition to handling the selection and purchase, his concern was seeing that my interests were followed throughout. I emerged at the end, with the vehicle best meeting my requirements and the financial deal of a lifetime.
