Our group's motto, "Never forget your customer - Never let your customer forget you!" comes straight from the mind and heart of the William E. "Bill" Holler, the first Mr. Holler to go into the automotive industry. Long before motivational speakers became fashionable, Bill Holler was an institution! Automotive News described him as a spellbinder, a table-pounder, an evangelist. But he didn't sell cars on personality alone. By understanding customer wants and needs, Bill was able to develop innovative programs to inspire dealers to establish new sales records.
Roger III, Chris and Jill Holler Rogers, Vice-Presidents of our automotive group are the great-grandchildren of the fabled Bill Holler. He founded the General Motors Dealers' Son School established to prepare dealers' offspring to inherit the family franchise and his son, grandson and great-grandchildren were all graduates. From 1929 when General Motors Chairman, C.S. Mott, hired Bill to be Vice President of GM and General Sales Manager of Chevrolet until his retirement in 1945, Bill Holler earned a distinguished reputation as a tireless listener to the dealer, implementing trend-setting innovations and establishing programs to teach the fundamentals of auto sales and quality service still in use today. A believer that a good sales person is critical to our economy, Bill elevated the standards of our profession. In sales literature and speeches he often pointed out that the commander who leads the troops in battle...the volunteer who raises funds for charity...the homeowner who gets the neighborhood involved in a community project...is doing a sales job.

After shopping around the Orlando area for a new car, and checking BBB ratings and people's opinions, and growing weary over our annoying experiences at other Dealerships, we finally happened upon Holler Hyu checking BBB ratings and people's opinions, and growing weary over our annoying experiences at other Dealerships, we finally happened upon Holler Hyundai in Winter Park. Keep in mind I haven't bought a new car since 1985! As my wife Lisa and I entered the lot, we noticed an unassuming gentleman approaching from the Showroom area. For the first time of any other Dealership, we felt comfortable before he even opened his mouth. His demeanor was Real. He had a genuine down home nature with no high pressure, or loud, obnoxious, arrogant presence. I liked him from the first handshake. His name is 'Fred Coley'. Long story short, he sold me a car the next day. And to this day, not One Second of 'buyers remorse'. Fred was Real. He showed a genuine interest in what we really needed and wanted, NOT what HE wanted to sell us. And man o' man, he sure was patient! And had a great sense of humor. I changed my mind more than once on which car I wanted and he was totally undisturbed by it. You see, the decision wasn't to buy or not to buy, but which one to buy. We weren't at the Dealership 5 minutes and I knew THIS is the place. I could go on and on, but couldn't say enough. So here's my point. You need a new car? Go to Holler Hyundai in Winter Park. When you get there, walk into the Showroom and 'Holler' for Fred Coley! Oh, one more thing. Tell him Roger and Lisa sent you. Fred, God Bless you buddy, and THANKS! More

I was a little apprehensive visiting a car dealership due to previous experiences. I was greeted by salesman Dale Humpherys and he made me feel at ease and comfortable instantly!! I went for 1 specific car and I went home with that car. It was priced well below what it should have been and only been their 1 week on sale. i am SHOCKED it was not snagged up -the entire staff was friend It was priced well below what it should have been and only been their 1 week on sale. i am SHOCKED it was not snagged up -the entire staff was friendly, not fake. I was there for hours but well worth it. My credit is not all that and they got me financed along with what I felt was a fair trade in price (for a trade in). I have a 90 day warranty on the As IS vehicle which is basically brand new anyways along with the dealers manufacture warranty.Any issues would be the car could have been detailed better (dog hair and dirt), and would have loved an initial full tank of gas from day one. So pretty much if that is the issue-they are doing G R E A T !!!!! While there I heard a gentleman compliment them saying they have dealt with them for years and only will with them and complimented their service center use too. Very pleased too bad they are 75 miles away from where I live. More
