Our group's motto, "Never forget your customer - Never let your customer forget you!" comes straight from the mind and heart of the William E. "Bill" Holler, the first Mr. Holler to go into the automotive industry. Long before motivational speakers became fashionable, Bill Holler was an institution! Automotive News described him as a spellbinder, a table-pounder, an evangelist. But he didn't sell cars on personality alone. By understanding customer wants and needs, Bill was able to develop innovative programs to inspire dealers to establish new sales records.
Roger III, Chris and Jill Holler Rogers, Vice-Presidents of our automotive group are the great-grandchildren of the fabled Bill Holler. He founded the General Motors Dealers' Son School established to prepare dealers' offspring to inherit the family franchise and his son, grandson and great-grandchildren were all graduates. From 1929 when General Motors Chairman, C.S. Mott, hired Bill to be Vice President of GM and General Sales Manager of Chevrolet until his retirement in 1945, Bill Holler earned a distinguished reputation as a tireless listener to the dealer, implementing trend-setting innovations and establishing programs to teach the fundamentals of auto sales and quality service still in use today. A believer that a good sales person is critical to our economy, Bill elevated the standards of our profession. In sales literature and speeches he often pointed out that the commander who leads the troops in battle...the volunteer who raises funds for charity...the homeowner who gets the neighborhood involved in a community project...is doing a sales job.

Nikki is awesome to work with as she is knowledgeable, friendly, and patient (while we tried to decide what vehicle, color, options, etc... that we wanted). This is my 2nd time working with Holler (and her) and I will be back at Holler the next time that I am in the market for my next vehicle. The experience was excellent, pressure free, and the prices are excellent. I highly recommend them. More

Rob is very knowledgeab I really appreciate the courteous service I always receive at Holler. At my previous service, Rob Nestor handled my car needs. Rob is very knowledgeable about my car as he took care of the hydrolocked engine in 2013. This time he explained my warranty coverage, oil change, and even a recall I was unaware of at the time. Got out of there with a brand new 2014 sonata for a lot less and more quality and better price. Unfortunately Lost that one again.. Went to Orlando Hyundai and the try to fool me with the price because of my situation.. Went back to Holler Hyundai and they help me even with only $500 that I had with a brand new 2015 elantra but before I bought the car the salesman looked at me and notice that.. that was not the car I wanted so he said..u can buy this one but if u think on a long run u could wait couple more weeks and get bit more cash to get what you want ..the sonata..he recommend me to wait but obviously it was my call..that means that he really not only want to sale me a car he want me to be happy and get what I really want..I choose to wait 3 weeks went back and got my brand new 2015 sonata sport with only $1000 down payment, better interest rate and after all wonderful rebates from $24,315 msrp went down to $18,499 WOW this dealer means very good buissness and even my credit is not perfect and they still got my back. I was the fool for not to get there at first instant... This dealer is SUPER EXTRA MEGA AWESOME. Thank you Holler Hyundai !! More
