QUAN LOC is a horrible representation at this dealership!!!! Holler Hyundai has missed out on many sales of Hyundai's for our family in the last several years. One of us has purchased several cars from QUAN LO Holler Hyundai has missed out on many sales of Hyundai's for our family in the last several years. One of us has purchased several cars from QUAN LOC via different makes but via Holler Dealerships. In the last 3 years the 4 of us have purchased no less than 7 brand new Hyundai's from 2013-2014. Several times QUAN LOC was provided shots at the purchases but his numbers for the purchases were way off. Example his price quote on an Elantra was actually more than an obtained Sonata Limited 2.0t. Thus he missed 7 purchases in the last 3 years. We are currently interested in the new Genesis that has been released. We decided to take a stop in and ask to view one. I had never personally met Quan my dealing's with him were always strictly by phone by name. In initially going to the customer counter with another family member and requesting QUAN he came to the front reception desk. QUAN NEVER SAID, "Its Nice to finally meet you, Welcome to the Holler Dealership, Would you care for a beverage" - NOTHING.... This isn't the best most insulting part yet. We asked him to view the new Genesis, upon walking us out to the vehicle he rudely said "WELL THIS IS A WASTE OF MY TIME, WHY DON'T YOU GO TO YOUR OTHER DEALERSHIP" and also a few other choice insults! I have never ever been so rudely treated in my life and have purchased more than 40 cars. I don't care if QUAN is displeased that we haven't made any recent purchases with him. He is at the dealership to serve and to provide respect above all else. We will NEVER and no longer service any of our Hyundai's at Holler - I refuse to pay a dealership who has an employee who treated us in this manner!. ****Also what QUAN LOC has done is cause a large tidal wave of bad press for HOLLER. I am in the Law filed and very well connected and several members of the family are Fl. Hospital employees (as in Doctor). This story will be provided to every person possible as no one would have to be treated in this viscous manner. We have many people inquire with us regarding our Hyundai's. We were not even provided a chance by QUAN to show us why we should change over and purchase at Holler, Tour, meet management anything - nothing, no effort. QUAN LOC has totally earned this negative review and again it will be a Story long told and provided in the Winter Park and Orlando area! We're over him and hopefully some day management at Holler will be too. More
Liars - BEWARE I live 2 and a half hours away. I saw a price on their website for the car I wanted that they had in inventory. I felt the price was decent and called I live 2 and a half hours away. I felt the price was decent and called to ask if they would honor the Hyundai Loyalty Rebate on top of the advertised price. It was confirmed by their phone rep Rob that I would quality for that on top of the advertised rate. I told him I needed to be sure because I would be driving up the next day to for sure buy the car. He again confirmed. I arrived promptly at start of business the next day, viewed the car, liked it a lot, and said, lets do the paper work. THEN they tell me I do not get the Hyundai loyalty seedcase they 'did away with that offer' four days prior. They agreed it was their mistake to misquote me a price by phone and make me drive but would not move at all on the cost or even so much as offer me a cargo net to try and save the deal. I could not afford the care without the promised rebate. I had cash and not a dime more to spend. They knew that by my conversation on the phone. I wasted 5 hours driving and $75 in gasoline. They were not even apologetic as stated before. I am VERY disappointed in their inability to honor their word. More

I was promptly and cheerfully greeted by a man who put protective plastic sheeting inside my car and directed into the Service department. Justin Scoville looked up my information and asked what I wanted done. He was professional, engaging and on top of it. I went to the waiting area to read and enjoy some coffee. He popped in after about 30 minutes and said I would be finished up soon. I was in and out with an oil change, inspection and tire rotation in 50 minutes and Justin personally brought my car around. Truly No Hassle Dealership I am very hesitant about car dealers, as I despise the negotiations, haggling, high pressure, and dishonest tactics. I picked Holler Hyundai as they s I am very hesitant about car dealers, as I despise the negotiations, haggling, high pressure, and dishonest tactics. I picked Holler Hyundai as they said they were a no haggle dealership. I was hesitant to believe this; however, after having bought from them I can state that it is in fact true. My sales person was Nikki, who was friendly and helpful. She did not apply any pressure or any of the unpleasant tactics which car salespeople are known for. She was pleasant to talk, answered all of my questions, and let me decide how I wanted to buying experience to run. She was very nice person. She did a great job of explaining the features of the car and helping me to set up the car and BlueLink after the sale. She also called to be sure I was happy with the car after the purchase. I also interacted with Christopher who evaluated my trade in. He was also very friendly. I told him how much I was expecting, $1,100 (the amount I found through kelly blue book), after I told him this he told me according to his system he will offer me more than KBB $1,250. Any other dealership would have simply said we can match KBB and taken the extra $150 as profit. Additionally, he showed me the method they use to price used/trade-in cars to help me understand why he offered me the amount for my trade in. This level of honesty is unheard of in the car dealership industry. Finally, I interacted with Josh for the financing. Josh was friendly and explained each step and answered all of my questions. Again, I was expecting a high-pressure tactic to get me to buy a lot of extra items (extended warranty, maintenance, paint protectant, etc.). Josh explained all of these options; however, there was absolutely no pressure. He explained and answered all of my questions without trying to convince me what I should get. I was highly impressed with Holler Hyundai. I will recommend it to all of my friends and when my wife is ready to get a new car in a few years we will definitely return to Holler Hyundai. More

We discussed the model and options I was looking for, my 2011 Genesis trade in and new car pricing. Michael Friedman, was assigned as my sales person. The whole experience start to finish was top box. No surprises, no changes to what we agreed. Even though I have a Hyundai dealership 10 miles closer to my home, I plan to service my car at Holler. It's not often you find a culture of excellence at the level of my experience. More

Chris also handled the trade-in of my older car with courteous service and a fair price. Even dealing with the finance folks was easy and quick. I particularly like their no BS pricing. Never had an easier and painless way to buy a new car. When Nikki wheeled out our new loaded Genesis, she took exceptional time to cover every button, switch and dial in the car. Our second car is my 4th Hyundai Sante Fe and I'll be back soon to Holler to trade it as well. Good Job folks. More
