The entire time that I was at the dealership I felt like I was valued as a person not just as someone there to purchase a car. I also really appreciated Patricia's knowledge about the different cars that I was looking into. I really appreciated learning about the safety features of the car and all of the "special" details about the SanteFeSport that I ended up purchasing. Making Buying a New Car a GOOD Experience Staff was all professional at Holler. Although I could have spent hours at another dealership haggling over price of a car and the value of my trade- Staff was all professional at Holler. Although I could have spent hours at another dealership haggling over price of a car and the value of my trade-in AND still not feeling like I got a good deal, the discounted price listed on each car and the transperancy of determining the fair market trade in value of my cars made this a stress free and enjoyable car buying experience. I was confident I could have gone to a competitor and maybe eventually saved $100 but it would not be worth the added stress, time and frustration. Although I was thinking about buying two cars and trading in two cars, I did not think it would happen due to not feeling like I could work out a good enough deal. At Holler, I decided to buy two cars. The experience was so good and the finance department helped make it happen! BTW, we Love our Sonata and Sante Fe. The panaramic roofs are amazing" More
