Lacking attention to details like grease on the interior door panel and handle, dirty car after a month in the shop. Didn't have the courtesy to inflate the tires that was below inflation with a big indicat door panel and handle, dirty car after a month in the shop. Horrible customer service! ! I brought my car in for complimentary maintenance, which consisted of an oil change and tire rotation. I made an appointment for 11:00. When I arriv ! When I arrived I was told that it would take 45 minutes to an hour and a half. At 12:02 that car had not been taken back to I inquired into when it would be ready. I was told that they had fallen really behind and it would likely be around 2:45. I told her that I could not wait that long and needed my car and would reschedule. I called to reschedule and was told that I should not expect to ever wait less than 3 hours. She said that they are actually overbooked for this week, but are still taking appointments. Why would a business ever do that???? That could only lead to upset customers and miserable employees. She told me that if I don't like the long waits, I could go elsewhere. Management clearly has no respect or consideration for their customers or employees. I will never buy another car from this dealership. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced from a dealership. Each and every time I have visited for simple routine maintenance, it has taken 3+ hours and that is with a scheduled appointment. The fact that they are overbooked, but still taking appointments says it all. More
My wife and I went to Holler Hyundai on a whim one day and really liked the 2023 Sonata LTD Hybrid. We requested a certain color combination, but when the car came in we didn't like how light the interio and really liked the 2023 Sonata LTD Hybrid. Jonathan and Jose was able to find the car we ultimately wanted at another dealer and picked it up and brought it to Holler, where we viewed it and ultimately purchased it. Everyone there did an outstanding job, including the financing personnel. More

I took my car in for the routine oil change/inspection and was called and told I needed a new starter and that my car wouldn’t start. I told them to get it started because I wasn’t paying the rediculous p and was called and told I needed a new starter and that my car wouldn’t start. I told them to get it started because I wasn’t paying the rediculous price that was quoted. Of course they got it started . I picked it up paid for the oil change. I did a little research on starters and batteries. My car only had a little over 44000 miles on it. My battery did have some corrosion on it. We have a mechanic in our family so to make a long story shorter. We put in a new battery and I have had no issues since. I want be back to that dealership. Unfortunately it can’t be trusted. More

Via email, text and phone, my salesperson, Xavier, was personable, responsive and knowledgeable. I never set foot in the Holler dealership until the day I picked up the Santa Fe Calligraphy which was held for me without even a deposit. Xavier was prepared when I arrived and made the process go smoothly. There were no surprises and he even found a way to save me an extra $300. Majed, the finance rep, was very informative without being pushy. I will recommend Holler Hyundai to any friends who show an interest in Hyundai vehicles. More
