Our group's motto, "Never forget your customer - Never let your customer forget you!" comes straight from the mind and heart of the William E. "Bill" Holler, the first Mr. Holler to go into the automotive industry. Long before motivational speakers became fashionable, Bill Holler was an institution! Automotive News described him as a spellbinder, a table-pounder, an evangelist. But he didn't sell cars on personality alone. By understanding customer wants and needs, Bill was able to develop innovative programs to inspire dealers to establish new sales records.
Roger III, Chris and Jill Holler Rogers, Vice-Presidents of our automotive group are the great-grandchildren of the fabled Bill Holler. He founded the General Motors Dealers' Son School established to prepare dealers' offspring to inherit the family franchise and his son, grandson and great-grandchildren were all graduates. From 1929 when General Motors Chairman, C.S. Mott, hired Bill to be Vice President of GM and General Sales Manager of Chevrolet until his retirement in 1945, Bill Holler earned a distinguished reputation as a tireless listener to the dealer, implementing trend-setting innovations and establishing programs to teach the fundamentals of auto sales and quality service still in use today. A believer that a good sales person is critical to our economy, Bill elevated the standards of our profession. In sales literature and speeches he often pointed out that the commander who leads the troops in battle...the volunteer who raises funds for charity...the homeowner who gets the neighborhood involved in a community project...is doing a sales job.

Brought my car in for routine service and left with 4 tires that all had different air pressure (none correct). They ignored the low washer fluid warning and sent me home with no windshield fluid, even t tires that all had different air pressure (none correct). Took new Santa Fe in for oil change, rep at Holler service found defective tire under Warranty with Continental. Charged us premium price for new tire, said we’d get reimbursed from Continental as soo service found defective tire under Warranty with Continental. This is the first time I had an issue with the service. I made my appointment a month ago received all the reminders, check in went fine. My appointment was for 10:20, I checked in at 10:17, I'm always on time. After 2 hours I started checking on the car, they told me it would be another hour. When I checked in with Rick, he told me it would be another half hour. I spoke with the service manager, Robert and said they must half a problem with scheduling where they are making to many appointments at one time. But there is no way it should take this long for an oil change, it's usually about an hour. In total it took 5 hours on the 14th. I am not complaining about Rick or Robert or the tech that serviced my car. But I feel they need to check how they are doing the scheduling. More

I normally have had great service at Holler Hyundai. My last visit was for warranty work on a window motor. Jose was the rep and he ordered the wrong part and the entire process dragged on for weeks. I finally spoke to the service manager Sean who put me in touch with Derrek who quickly and efficiently resolved the issue. More
