Shayna (the Sales Manager) was very diligent about getting all the materials she needed to put the deal together while I frantically sent her Emails from my iPhone, Patricia (My Sales Consultant,) despite it being after hours, gave a very thorough, friendly, and information-packed presentation (including setting up my blue-link subscription and being very transparent about the trial and subscriptions involved!) And Joshua was extremely personable, straightforward, and got the deal done by noticing an important aspect of my credit situation that had previously caused me to be denied at other dealerships. I just leased a car from Holler Hyundai off of Lee Road in Orlando. I had already visited Kia, Toyota and had researched several cars. I had spoken with a Holler Hyundai internet supervisor who made an appointment for me to see Silvia Harrison at the showroom. Silvia made me feel comfortable as soon as we met, she is one of the friendliest people I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. She is open and honest and has an infectious personality. There was never a hint of pressure to buy anything. Silvia made it clear from the beginning that the only thing she wanted to do to help was to answer any questions I had. She walked with me to show me the cars I was interested in and walked me through the entire process, introduced me to the finance person but didn't disappear until the process was completed. I decided to have lunch while waiting for the car to be detailed/washed. Sylvia called me mid-way just to give me an update. Once I drove off with the car, Sylvia called to make sure everything was in order. I was extremely happy and satisfied with my experience at Holler Hyundai. More

They love to waste your time and lie. Where to even begin! After signing all the paperwork I thought the car would be waiting for me. That wasn't the case. I signed the paperwork was told to wait and the manager would bring me my car. Well, for about 25 minutes the team was scrambling to find my car. No one knew where it had gone. Well, after it was detailed they put it back on the lot as if they were going to sell it. So after already being there for over an hour I had to wait to get it detailed again. They gave me the car and the gas tank wasn't full. They said "next time you come back will fill it up." I did a sign and drive so once I had the title in hand I was giving in my car. Well, the title was in my mothers name. She was coming into town a week later. We were told to come in Wednesday morning 9am to meet with Chris Terrel. Chris personally told me he'd be in at 9am and he'd write me my check is have it within the hour. I arrive Wednesday morning, taking off from work, and Chris isn't there. The team tells me that he doesn't come in till 12 on Wednesdays. So he lied. They also said "we can't write you a check within the hour. It takes a few days." Lie number 2. After pitching a fit because I was losing pay, they had me wait in the dealership for about 3 hours then I received the check. Then I tried calling Chris to have the situation figured out. Well, he wouldn't answer my calls. Finance forgot to have me sign some paperwork and I had to go in for that. That wasn't the issue. Mistakes happen. When I went to sign off on my lease they asked for a pay stub. I went through my HR team and had it printed out. Gave them my pay stub. Two and a half weeks later, now I'm out of the country on vacation, they call me saying they never got a pay stub and need one immediately. Which tells me the pay stub, with personal information was misplaced and no longer in my file. It has been nothing but headaches with this dealership and their team. I truly regret going through them. If you can go elsewhere, do it. More
