Our group's motto, "Never forget your customer - Never let your customer forget you!" comes straight from the mind and heart of the William E. "Bill" Holler, the first Mr. Holler to go into the automotive industry. Long before motivational speakers became fashionable, Bill Holler was an institution! Automotive News described him as a spellbinder, a table-pounder, an evangelist. But he didn't sell cars on personality alone. By understanding customer wants and needs, Bill was able to develop innovative programs to inspire dealers to establish new sales records.
Roger III, Chris and Jill Holler Rogers, Vice-Presidents of our automotive group are the great-grandchildren of the fabled Bill Holler. He founded the General Motors Dealers' Son School established to prepare dealers' offspring to inherit the family franchise and his son, grandson and great-grandchildren were all graduates. From 1929 when General Motors Chairman, C.S. Mott, hired Bill to be Vice President of GM and General Sales Manager of Chevrolet until his retirement in 1945, Bill Holler earned a distinguished reputation as a tireless listener to the dealer, implementing trend-setting innovations and establishing programs to teach the fundamentals of auto sales and quality service still in use today. A believer that a good sales person is critical to our economy, Bill elevated the standards of our profession. In sales literature and speeches he often pointed out that the commander who leads the troops in battle...the volunteer who raises funds for charity...the homeowner who gets the neighborhood involved in a community project...is doing a sales job.

My experience with Holler Hyundai I would recommend this dealership for their Sales employees. They were the greatest. As far as the Finance people are concerned, I would warn a cust I would recommend this dealership for their Sales employees. They were the greatest. Make sure the proper VIN# is recorded,and all the rebates are recorded to prevent what happened to me. More

Many thanks to the WHOLE staff at Holler Hyundai! I had meant to post this earlier, but here’s my review after purchasing my 2017 Hyundai Elantra from Spencer Williams at Holler Hyundai in Winter Park I had meant to post this earlier, but here’s my review after purchasing my 2017 Hyundai Elantra from Spencer Williams at Holler Hyundai in Winter Park, Fla over the 2016 Labor Day weekend. I had been shopping around for a vehicle since my 08 KIA Spectra needed to go to someone who would love & care for her like I did for 8 years. Basically I needed a new ride & I found that in the 2017 Elantra. I read ALL the readily available resources such as Car Pros, Car & Driver, MotorTrend & Consumer Reports which put the Elantra in a very stable 5-year ROI result towards success in long-term ownership. I’ve been eyeing this model for a while now & test drove it initially at Headquarter. I am very happy to report Holler did a way better job at the whole sales process than the experience at Headquarter, plus I got a $50 Target gift card out of it for test driving it! I went forward with the car purchase since I knew my KIA wasn’t going to be worth a lot towards the holidays. Not only did I get the features I was STRONGLY considering, it was only a $600 difference from the one I was initially looking at. The best part was not only the test drive to feel out the car, but b/c my credit had GREATLY improved over the years, my loan deal included many offers I was able to qualify for making it one of the BEST I’ve ever seen! Did I also mention that 2017 Elantra is a BRAND NEW car with only 41 miles upon signed & driven away?! NEVER in my life would I have dreamed of purchasing a new vehicle with a great loan deal to go with it! Although it wasn’t really an issue, the only setback I can say is that Spencer wasn’t following up with me when I was due for tinting the vehicle nor getting the paint chip on the passenger door, I had to contact floor manager Chris Page to save the day. I’m sure the service dept will go above & beyond when I do bring my vehicle in for her first service apt. I want thank sales consultant Spencer Williams, floor manager Chris Page, Shayna for providing me a great trade in offer, sales manager Chris Terrell for FSU jokes & James & Toni in the finance dept. I am a PROUD owner of a Hyundai thanks to Holler Hyundai! More

What keeps you going back after the purchase is the service department. You can't beat Sanford's (service advisor) and Jonathan (service tech for Genesis) personalities for the job. They are the most trusted service advisor /tech I have ever had for the last 3 years.
