Bought a car a few weeks ago. Told them the car is going to Pennsylvania, so they need to send the plate there when it comes in. They promised us yesterday that it was going to Pennsylvania, but apparently they lied for some reason. Now I can’t get in touch with anyone to fix the problem and the temporary tag is about to expire. I can’t wait to get the survey from Hyundai, and I will also leave terrible reviews on every review site possible. Do not we them. 5eu are nice, but unfortunately they are incompetent and refuse to fix their screw up’s. Don’t get me wrong. The car is great. The service is substandard. I’ve purchased over 20 cars in my life from luxury vehicles to economy vehicles like Hyundai, and I’ve never been treated like they’d don’t care if they ever see me again. More
I took the car in for service where it was there for 8 days and they charged me a diagnostic fee and said they had fixed the issue. Very busy dealership with people all congested in one big room. Not a very modern Dealership, very dated and old looking. Salesman was very green and unwilling to negotiate anything. I had the first person that listened to me about my Pro Tech Service Contract that did the work to get it fixed instead of telling me that they do not do it or to call ProTech myself. His name is Jesse Ca Tech Service Contract that did the work to get it fixed instead of telling me that they do not do it or to call ProTech myself. His name is Jesse Cappiello. He was amazing but the other multiple times I have had to come to the dealership just to get the run around was not acceptable. Jesse should be commended for his great knowledge of the programs that the dealership sells to you (Pro Tek Service Contracts). The other times the dealership did not want to give the support to have anything done that you paid good money for. More
The customer service in the service department at Holler Hyundai in the Winter Park location is very poor. For one they always try to push other services upon your vehicle that are not required, the length Hyundai in the Winter Park location is very poor. For one they always try to push other services upon your vehicle that are not required, the length of time that it takes just for a simple oil change exceeds four hours plus when you are waiting, they are not the friendliest advisors to deal with in an already stressful situation of having to be in the service department to begin with would not recommend.
