Gary did not call me when he said he would and did not return my calls to find out what was wrong with my car. No other service consultant would assist because only Gary could tell me what was going on with my car. My car left worst then it started and Gary was supposed to call my warranty company on Monday. He never called. When I called to say my car was running poorly, Alfredo took car of my car. Despite his best efforts, my vehicle took over 6 days to start the repair. When the warranty company sent out the inspector, Alfredo was off that day and the other service consultants told him no one else could help him. Alfredo had set up for the manager to be in charge of my car that day. The inspector left and could not return until Monday (he originally came on Thursday) I wrote to the general manager and called to complain to Honda. The service department is not set up to provide customer service but for the service consultants to receive bonus or pay based on amount of repairs. John the manager did call me on Monday and I was unavailable. I did speak to Alfredo and they ended up taking care of my repairs not covered by warranty. Alfredo would be the only one I would ever want to be in charge of my vehicle repairs. he came in on his day off to finalize my paperwork the day the car was completed, called and informed me when he said he would and went out of his way to make my experience less painful. Overall they had my car for 7 days, they fixed the vehicle in a few hours but all could have been avoided if Gary Maretti cared about customer service. I do thank John for taking care of my repairs and Alfredo for always doing what he said he would do. I hope they implement a customer survey and base a bonus on the reviews like they do at Toyota and Nissan. They provide stellar service because they know that how they treat their customers matter. Wasn't able to get an explanation why this needed to be done a second time. In spite of that the service experience was a pleasant one. Stephen Toggweiler, the service rep, was prompt in booking the service call and was very attentive when I visited the dealership. The car recall service was completed promptly - 1.5 hrs., while I waited. Excellent service! More

Fr I purchased a CRV from Holler Honda and routinely have it service there. Stephen Toggweiler is my service rep. and is a professional as they come. From the time I arrived at the check in station, until the time he showed up at my door could not have been more than two minutes. He quickly found out what I needed to have done and directed my to his desk to complete the paperwork. A routine alignment check found the car to be out of alignment. Stephen explained the problem and the risk of allowing the issue to continue and then told me the cost and estimated completion time. The car was completed right on time. Stephen has an easy going demeanor which relays confidence in his abilities to the customer and puts them at ease. The entire service depart goes out of their way to help you. They have also work on my wife's Ridgeline and done an excellent job with it. It is ten years old. They even caught a recall notice we missed. Overall I highly recommend Holler Honda and Stephen Toggweiler to anyone looking for an outstanding car dealership and service advisor. More

This car immediately had noise coming from the right-rear area of the car during either take off or it during their let's get rid of the 09 car sale! This car immediately had noise coming from the right-rear area of the car during either take off or stopping. I notified Holler of this (Sales Rep) and was told to bring it in. My first chance to bring the car in (December 22), I was told that they were closing and bring it back the next business day which was the 27th. I showed up at 7 AM. After turning my car in and waiting for nearly 3 hours, they provided me with a rental car to go to work. I was never called that entire day. Finally at 5 PM, I called the Service Tech, who stated that they had to "order" a part from Honda to fix my brand new car and the part would be in the following day. The next day came and went and I never heard from Holler Honda. I received a vm at 6:30 PM that evening that they finally fixed my brand new car and that I could pick it up. The following morning, I dropped off their rental and picked up my car. It appears to be fixed (even though it is brand new). No real explanation, just that they had to put some "material" in the right rear wheel-well..... Don't understand that but hey, no noise so I'm OK. 2 weeks later, I check my AMEX card and they are charging me $62.00 for gas on their loaner that they gave me without telling me I needed to return full or pay 7+ a Gallon (none of which was divulged to me)????????????? I have NOT even begun a relationship with this DEALERSHIP yet, but I think Classic HONDA gets my businsess from now on!!!! Heck, I think David Maus who services my Camry now is 1000 times better than these Yahoos (no pun intended). Thanks for reading and beware!!!! More
