Timely Repair & Maintenance Arriving 10 minutes early to my scheduled appointment, I was greeted promptly by the Service staff who recognized my pre-schedule. Meeting with Service Consultant, Mr. Danny Perez, I told him my car key was not working in the remote mode. He added that repair to my service list. Anticipating a four wait, I was really surprised when Danny said my vehicle was ready in less than 2 hours. GREAT JOB by a GREAT Group of caring Service personnel. I will return! More

Problem With Customer Service Service people were unhelpful and rude. And did not solve my problem. I asked to see the service manager and he would not talk to me. Just kept sending his service advisor to relay information. I then called the GM of the store and he did return my call. And told me to come in again. I came back in for the third time to get the problem fixed. He then started to argue with me and interrupt me. He had the attitude that I was the enemy and he needed to fight with me. He made no attempt to resolve the problem. I will never go back to this service center and I tell everyone about this awful experience. I also contacted Honda corporate about it and never heard back from them. What happened to Honda's quality and service? This company will fail if it keeps doing this. More
