UNIMAGINATIVE I have had an extremely distasteful experience at Holler Honda that I can only describe as racism that resulted in racial inequality. Earlier this mon I have had an extremely distasteful experience at Holler Honda that I can only describe as racism that resulted in racial inequality. Earlier this month I over heard and saw an employee in the service department speaking to a CUSTOMER in plain sight. She thought she was alone with him but I was observing when she asked the customer who his advisor was. His advisor was a black male. She asked if he was sure the advisor was the male he thought it was and not another young black male who sat in the back because “You know they all look alike” I didn’t find this amusing, neither did the customer who immediately looked to the victim at his desk who overheard the racist comment she made about him and loudly screamed “call H.R.” At this point there were two customers disgusted with her comments. The young man notified management and according to his words would contact H.R. I’m not sure if there was any punishment dealt to this woman for boldly attacking the race of many and offending the customers and other employees of Holler Honda but she is still currently employed there. The victim was extremely upset by the matter and I can’t help but hope there will be justice. Im not sure what it takes for action to be taken considering she is still employed with the company but, two unfortunate customer had to experience racism and an employee was devastated by her words. Her continued employment say this matter doesn’t appear to MATTER to Holler Honda. The code of ethics apparently doesn’t apply when you are African American at Holler Honda. More

My service provider Tony Lupo promised me a speedy service and he delivered on this promise. Sales: Also, GREAT sales reps in the deelership. They stick to the “no haggling” service style and show you a vehicle that you want to see instead of pulling something out that is double the cost with half the quality as Auto Nation often does. I will be going back to this delearship to purchase my wife’s car with the sales rep Stephen soon. I recommend Holler! More
