upon arriving to get my oil change I was told my wait could be up to two hours. What is the need to make an appointment when they seem to over book and make you wait a long time. In addition I was charged all these extra fees that is was not in the advertisement they published. I got ripped off due to these fees. I will not return to get my car serviced there. More

I was taken care of in a professional and sincere manner by service advisor Frances Melendez. She had the oil and filter change and concerns about noises the car was making solved and completed in a manner by service advisor Frances Melendez. My car was in need of brakes service. I took it to a Honda dealer near where I live. They quoted high price for the brakes services and they included additional services I actually did n I took it to a Honda dealer near where I live. After doing my own search on Google for the services they listed, I concluded some of it was not necessary. I am not a mechanic but I am not stupid. I went back to my previous Honda dealer, the service advisor named Severe were straightforward and honest with me. All I needed was the brakes service and nothing else. I was pleased with his honesty, plus he prevented unwarranted services my car did not need at this time and would have cost me a lot more than I actually paid for it.
