While the service department is top notch, I cannot say the same for the sales department. First off, most all of the vehicles on the show room floor had dead batteries so one could not see the accessorie the same for the sales department. Worse, we desired to see a certified pre owned 2020 Honda Pilot....the sales person could not find the keys!! We wlked out to the vehicle on the back portion of the lot, was locked, walked around it then back to the show room and the sales agent....still no key. After 30 plus minutes we departed. We did not come back to the show room when we returned to pick up our serviced vehicle. I believe some sales person had the key to the 2020 Honda Pilot stashed somewhere to save the sale for themselves. Will probably go to another Honda dealer when we decide to purchase a newer Honda. No excuse or apology ever given for the missing key......hmmm., For future service I will just go to the service center on Colonial. More

It was my first time that I had my vehicle in for service. Frances was wonderful and took good care of me - from dropping the car off until I was able to get it back (in less than an hour).
