I spent about 8 hours on the phone with American Honda who confirmed the dealership was responsible for refunding the defective battery. It also says this on page 38 of my battery warranty. However, Mr shilling continued to refuse. I wasted about 12 hours trying to get the $330 refund. He has lost a customer for life as the amount of hassle and lack of service is in paralleled. I hope he finds another job where he doesn’t have to talk to people. More

My daughter brought in her well cared for 2019 Honda Accord this past Saturday because suddenly all of the sensors on the dashboard came on. Mr. Craig in the service department told her and later told Accord this past Saturday because suddenly all of the sensors on the dashboard came on. Mr. Craig in the service department told her and later told my husband that the car blew a head gasket and that it would cost $8600. She really loves her car and was very upset. With type of expense we advised her to consider looking at getting another car and invest the $8600 towards a newer car versus paying this large out-of-pocket expense into her car thinking this may be the beginning of car troubles to come. When she went to the sales department and talked to Mo he insisted she get a lease and when she told him that she wasn't interested in a lease but a purchase he acted as though this wasn't an option and pretty much dismissed her. My husband and I were on the phone with her and could hear the whole conversation. This morning we decided to have the car towed, even thought she (a young lady) was told she could drive the 25 min. distance with a blown gasket, to another shop for a 2nd opinion "surprisingly" come to find out she only needed spark plugs, fuel injectors cleaned (basically a tune-up) and new brakes, this will only cost a little over $2k. Even though this great news but the way she was treated at this dealership was extremely disheartening and very disappointing. We are good honest people who has served our country (both my husband and I are retired from the USAF) and work hard for our money. We don't mind paying for something when it's required or necessary. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone who values good service and their dollars. More
