Ha was great to work with but the mechanics in the back were less professional. i was told my tires were rotated but they in fact were not. I have two tires with curb rash on the same side but at the end o were less professional. i was told my tires were rotated but they in fact were not. I have two tires with curb rash on the same side but at the end of the service they were still on the same side. i was under the understanding that rotation means the back goes to the front in a X pattern and the front go to the back, which means the tires with curb rash should be on different sides. Once again i highly recommend Ha Nguyen but the service center itself is questionable. More

Excellent service provided by the Holler service team. I had a headlight blow out and didn't wish to continue driving it...especially after dark, and during inclement weather. I called the service department and spoke with my service advisor, Mr. Ha Nguyen. He worked the paperwork and got my car into the shop without any delay. My car repairs were completed in 35 minutes...and within the estimate for the repairs. I was pleasantly surprised as I thought I would have to wait much longer for it. I purchased my car at Holler Honda on N. Semoran Blvd seven (7) years ago and Holler Honda has performed all of the maintenance and service requirements on my vehicle. Always prompt and professional...I highly recommend them. More
