Ha was great to work with but the mechanics in the back were less professional. i was told my tires were rotated but they in fact were not. I have two tires with curb rash on the same side but at the end o were less professional. i was told my tires were rotated but they in fact were not. I have two tires with curb rash on the same side but at the end of the service they were still on the same side. i was under the understanding that rotation means the back goes to the front in a X pattern and the front go to the back, which means the tires with curb rash should be on different sides. Once again i highly recommend Ha Nguyen but the service center itself is questionable. More
