Wisner Presume, my salesman was very positive, friendly, knowledgable, and patient. Low pressure. Once I decied what vehicle I wanted, he coordinated everything quickly and easily. Richard Drexel offered me a fair trade and obtained a Honda loyalty bonus for me, on the trade in. Financing application for the balance took less than an hour. Leo Nunez cooridnated my downpayment and loan. Explained everything with no pressure to buy optional support. Pickup of my new vehicle went very smooth. Windows were newly tinted, truck was nicely detailed, gassed up and ready to go. Whole experience was positive and relaxed. More

Scenario: Went back to Holler Honda Orlando invitation to check 2016 Nissan Rogue SV Gray color and came to my surprise it's not available by Peter Tran. Confused and no choice but to try 2020 Nissan Rogue SL with Sun/Moonroof that reminds me of my previous severe traumatic leak experience that headed me being homeless. I was lured therefore there's a 5 days 300 miles full refund or exchange policy in case I don't really like it. But it's a fool to believe them bec they're not accepting the return. I will never trust anyone, anymore even though they might claimed that God fearing man and a Christian doesn't make any merit when they want you to sell even it's not in your liking. My customer service rep, Ivan Borbon was FABULOUS! He listened to me trying to describe my concern.
