Holler Honda service on Fairbanks. We had an appointment for service, They told us it would take an 1-1/2 hr. we came back from an enjoyable walk and our car had not been serviced at a We had an appointment for service, They told us it would take an 1-1/2 hr. we came back from an enjoyable walk and our car had not been serviced at all. They didn’t even give us a heads up about the delay. I suspect that because we had prepaid for vehicle maintenance when we bought the car, we were delegated to a lower priority, because they already had our money. I will never do business with Holler Honda. More

I believe Holler Honda has a pretty good service department for the most part. But as with all service departments it can improve on something’s, like customer follow up after repairs completed.
