First of all, let me start by saying that I had the worst car buying experience from this dealership. At first I thought I would be able to close an awesome deal, but then when I was turning in my trade (and car buying experience from this dealership. Second, they did not do their JOBS Right, and blamed it all on me for giving them the "wrong information" when they're the ones who did not do their job and responsibility to call the bank and ask for the dealer payoff. I had told all this to my dad since he's out of town, and was extremely furious about how they did their business. When they talked to him, the manager specifically, he was saying that I gave them the wrong information and even called me a LIAR!!!! I guess ther customer service level has gone downhill that they are willing to lose clients just because they failed to do their jobs. It was a complete waste of time for me And my dad who took some work time off just to talk to these people. 2days after them talking to my dad, they started calling my phone and leaving voicemails asking if I was still interested. REALLY????? They think that I would still buy a car from them after all the stress me and my father was put through?!?! They had the xxxxx to call me and ask for their business after calling their customer a LIAR ad fraudulent. Wow. More

Reed was amazing to work with. We met him when the new CR-V first came on the market. We were not ready to purchase the car at that time. He stayed in touched and was never pushy. This is a great place to go for no-pressure shopping and very informed, friendly sales people. I ended up not getting a car here because they did not have what i wanted, but I highly recommend them to every very informed, friendly sales people. I bought a "brand" new 2009 Honda Accord with 0 miles on it during their let's get rid of the 09 car sale! This car immediately had noise coming from the right-rear area of the car during either take off or it during their let's get rid of the 09 car sale! This car immediately had noise coming from the right-rear area of the car during either take off or stopping. I notified Holler of this (Sales Rep) and was told to bring it in. My first chance to bring the car in (December 22), I was told that they were closing and bring it back the next business day which was the 27th. I showed up at 7 AM. After turning my car in and waiting for nearly 3 hours, they provided me with a rental car to go to work. I was never called that entire day. Finally at 5 PM, I called the Service Tech, who stated that they had to "order" a part from Honda to fix my brand new car and the part would be in the following day. The next day came and went and I never heard from Holler Honda. I received a vm at 6:30 PM that evening that they finally fixed my brand new car and that I could pick it up. The following morning, I dropped off their rental and picked up my car. It appears to be fixed (even though it is brand new). No real explanation, just that they had to put some "material" in the right rear wheel-well..... Don't understand that but hey, no noise so I'm OK. 2 weeks later, I check my AMEX card and they are charging me $62.00 for gas on their loaner that they gave me without telling me I needed to return full or pay 7+ a Gallon (none of which was divulged to me)????????????? I have NOT even begun a relationship with this DEALERSHIP yet, but I think Classic HONDA gets my businsess from now on!!!! Heck, I think David Maus who services my Camry now is 1000 times better than these Yahoos (no pun intended). Thanks for reading and beware!!!! More
Holler Honda in Winter Park/Orlando on Semoran is apparently the dame dealership as Classic Honda on West Colonial Drive in Orlando. They have "one price sales" with a "no negotiation policy." I had received a call from their internet department regarding my inquiry. I had already been to Classic Honda the night before, and the phone sales person knew this. I arrived at the dealership first thing in the morning and was greeted by the internet salesman (who was NOT who I spoke to on the phone.) I wanted to make a cash deal with a trade and told the salesperson this. He called over the manager and they were going to appraise my vehicle. When I mentioned to the manager and salesman that I had been to Classic the night before, they told me that there was no way they would change the offered price on either my trade or the new car. They told me that the Classic deal would be their deal, too. In fairness, the people I dealt with at the dealership were very friendly. However, the initial person who contacted me knew I had been to Classic already and told me to come in. Holler is not near my house, and there is NO WAY I would have gone in to negotiate a sale if I knew that there was no negotiation to be had- the the price and deal I got at another dealership would be the same. I felt they wasted my time. It seems ridiculous that 2 different dealerships, with different names, operate as one and literally watched a sale walk out. (I ended up buying the car later that day at another Honda dealership.) Ironically, Classic Honda called me that same day to offer me a LOWER price on the vehicle (this is after I was told by BOTH Holler and Classic that they do not negotiate at all. Seems like a terrible business decision on behalf of both dealers. More
