You don't need to waste time shopping around, go to Holler! The sales staff at Holler Honda, Pat L, Mike F, Sean and Sophia A. made my car buying experience the best I have ever had at a dealership. As an active duty military officer, I have purchased many cars in many states. The service at Holler from start to finish was the best yet. This dealership is family owned and operated, and it shows! Sean, the service rep was extremely helpful in getting me the price I wanted and Pat, my salesman was AWESOME. Pat obviously understands what many dealerships have forgotten, that customer satisfaction comes first! Pat answered all my questions, stuck with me through the whole process and was extremely polite. Sophia completed the experience with excellent financing support. I recommend this dealership over any other dealer in Florida. I visited 3 other dealerships in the local area, Kia, and another Honda dealer, and Holler gave me the best deal on my trade-in and the best price on my new 2014 Honda Accord. Bottom line, the staff at Holler did not treat you like you were an uneducated buyer and treated you with respect, something many dealers don’t do. Read my lips….You don't need to do what I did and shop around, Holler already has the best deals and the best staff! More
Amazed, a pleasant car buying experience, A++ I rarely write reviews, especially positive ones as I expect good service, but after purchasing a new car from Pedro yesterday 9/13/14 I wanted to sha I rarely write reviews, especially positive ones as I expect good service, but after purchasing a new car from Pedro yesterday 9/13/14 I wanted to share our great experience. I was a bit skeptical of Holler's "No Haggle" policy at first only because of the endless negative experiences I'd had over the past 30 days trying to purchase a new Honda. I was looking for a very specific car/color, saw it was on Holler's website and called to make sure the vechicle was still available and given their no hassle price. I'll admit when I arrived at Holler and saw the sticker price on the car was different from what I was told over the phone (only $30) I was not happy. Before even allowing Pedro the opportunity to explain anything to me I accused him of "playing games" and started to walk out. Pedro assured me that they are always honest and upfront at Holler and asked if I'd give him five minutes to investigate. Within seconds he came right back, apologized and explained they had just lowered the price that day and even showed it to me on their website. In no way was Holler trying to "play games" with me like every other dealer I'd visited in Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, etc over the past month. I was jus so used to the games I jumped down Pedro's throat before I even let him say a word about what the price was. Once he showed me the price I was quoted over the phone I realized I was finally going home with a new car after a month of games with other Honda dealers. Pedro obviously could sense my frustration, even though he had nothing to do with it, spoke to his sales manager and came back to me and LOWERED the final price just to "Thank me for my business" and to try to make up for the negative experiences I'd had with other Honda dealers!!!! We had already began the paperwork so this was in NO way an attempt to secure the sale as it was already done. I'm not saying this for anyone to try and negotiate or ask for a lower price as the price presented was beyond fair and they truly are "no hassle." Just wanted to share this to show how much Holler CARED about my business and as any smart sales professional knows repeat sales and referrals are key. Even after such a positive experience I was still skeptical when I had to sit down with Tatiana in Finance to go over financing and sign the final papers. I told her the interest rate I felt was fair with my good credit and within two minutes she came back and said "we'd be happy to do that for you" and explained that Honda had a financing incentive going on and showed me on their website. This was my personal experience and obviously it will be different for everyone. As I mentioned in the begenning I rarely write positive reviews because I demand great customer service. Feel free to look at my other reviews and see how very negative they are. Don't waste your time playing games with other dealers, if you want a FAIR, EASY and PLEASANT experience go to Holler. I'd recommend Pedro because we dealt with him but I"m sure anyone there could do the same. More

My sales consultant was Alejandro Aguilera and he was very helpful with finding the best car for me. Once I had my car picked out the finance representative Mike Fountain really took the time to listen to my financial situation and he worked very hard to make sure I got the best finance plan possible. I will definitely be recommending these guys and Holler Honda to all my friends that are looking at buying a new car. More

They don't own up to their mistakes My sales experience with Holler Honda went very well and I initially left the lot happy. I told all my friends about my great experience and that it was well worth the drive to Orlando. However, my post-sales experience was very poor. It started when they forgot to send my my title. After a couple of weeks, I called to follow up and they said they'd send it right away. After a couple more weeks, I was forced to get a temporary tag at my own expense. Finally I did receive the title. This was a minor inconvenience and expense, but really, how long does it take to stick a few sheets of paper in the mail? Later, I learned that the window tint which had been on the car when I bought it was illegal. I had to get it replaced or pay a traffic fine. Surely a reputable dealership wouldn't intentionally sell a car with an illegal modification, so I called the general manager, Gavin Hutchenson, and asked him to have the tint replaced. It was very difficult to get a hold of Mr. Hutchenson, which was very frustrating. When I finally did, he admitted that they had made a mistake. He told me that they normally remove the tint before selling a car and that mine had slipped through the cracks. He offered to have the tint removed. The tint was a very attractive feature of this car and one of the main reasons I bought it over other, similar vehicles. Of course, I wouldn't have bought it if I had known it was illegal and I would have expected that part of a car dealership's duty is to ensure that the vehicles they sell are street legal. I didn't think that just removing the tint was a fair offer. In my opinion, I'd payed for the tint when I bought the car and the only fair solution would be to have a legal tint put on. What reputable dealer would take back a feature a customer had paid for without any other consideration? The dealership refused. In response to my complaint to the BBB, their attorney said that it was too difficult for them to keep up with "continuing multiple changes in the law". Florida's tint law has been unchanged since 1991. A consumer should be able to trust that a successful and reputable car dealership knows enough about cars and the law to ensure that every car that leaves their lot is legal. A consumer should also be able to trust that a successful and reputable business will step up and fix their mistakes, but Holler Honda refuses. More
