Poor Service and Untrustworthy Service Technician We took our Honda Odyssey to get serviced at Holler Honda for an oil change and brakes. The quote given was around $500 with our coupon. Later the same day the service technician called me and listed all the things that were broken on our Honda. The quote to get everything replaced was almost $3100. Since I was sceptical of the issues, I decided to pick up my car and take it to be serviced at another certified Honda mechanic. To get all of our repairs done cost half the money they quoted. To make a long story short, Holler Honda claimed we needed new Rotors, and this was false. They claimed the car had a broken driver axel and this was false. They added on many service needs and expenses to our bill that were not needed. The service technicians get paid on commission so they always are trying to take advantage of the customer. BEWARE of HOLLER HONDA. More

They are thorough and my service advisor, Jerome Williams, clearly explains every facet of what the car needs. They will also wash it ;no mean feat, as it has a scooter lift on the back), and they get all the leaves out of the intake grills. The department manager, Tony Lupo, had also helped assist in sorting out extended service contracts and his advice has been sound and of great comfort. The waiting areas are comfortable and well stocked, and I pass the time productively while waiting. Thank you all!! More

While the wait was quite long, I live to far for their pick-up and delivery service, i opted to wait. However, they had a problem with the alignment. I was given the option for a loaner car or take mine home and come back when they had four new tires. I took mine home. Came back 2 days later and the tires were installed and the alignment successful. Tony DeRosa for very kind and apologetic for the my wait. I have taken my car here for service since purchase in 9/2005 and have always been pleased. More

It's not often one can say buying a car was a pleasant experience but that is exactly what it was. We worked with Pedro Earle and he help get us what we were looking for, within our budget and answered all questions. Pedro spent his time with us and we never felt rushed, but rather he wanted to ensure we got what we wanted and was comfortable with the deal. We also had a great experience with the head managers Gavin and Glenn and Eddy in finance. Really everyone was great to work with. We will absolutely be back to buy another car in the future. More
