I recently brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change, which initially appeared to go smoothly. However, the following morning, every warning alert on my dashboard was illuminated, prompting an ur change, which initially appeared to go smoothly. However, the following morning, every warning alert on my dashboard was illuminated, prompting an urgent return to the shop. I strongly believe something was not properly reset during the service, which created a significant and untimely inconvenience as I was preparing for my child’s graduation. Additionally, I was told my battery was failing and was pressured to replace it. I immediately sought a second opinion, and it was confirmed that the battery—only two years old—was in good working condition. This experience left me feeling as though I was being taken advantage of, possibly because I am a woman, which is both disappointing and unacceptable. While I’ve typically received quality service in the past, this visit has unfortunately damaged my trust. I left feeling uneasy and disrespected. I sincerely hope others do not have to endure a similar experience. More
