Hi, I came to Honda earlier this year to get a check charge system notification checked as I had changed the battery, the alternator and the battery sensor and was charged thousands of dollars for the c charge system notification checked as I had changed the battery, the alternator and the battery sensor and was charged thousands of dollars for the check charge system to start flashing again and go off and come back on and now it stays on. I took it back to Honda and was told it's now the battery sensor. I had someone else change the battery sensor and I still have the check charge system flashing on my dashboard. I'm not sure why when I come to get something fixed and it cost thousands of dollars it's not fixed as a whole! I didn't expect to ever see that notice flashing anymore for the reminder of the time I decide to keep the car. Now I'm nervous about driving the car and what to do as I shouldn't have to pay Honda for a battery sensor (as they say it is) due to the same issue I came in to begin with and paid sooooo much money to fix. I am really upset and saddened that I even have to go through the initial issue again. I saw in an email the following from Honda and I don't feel that's true as I am not satisfied with my car not being taken complete care of and giving up more and more money. Other things happened as well but I won't continue to voice my concern. We take great pride in our work and aim to provide excellent service. Every customer is unique and so are any complications that may arise, but we strive to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied. If someone could assist that would be great bc this is super stressful. Thanks More
