Leann and Nacho's words carry no honor. January 26, 2023 was told if I paid for a Shop Work Order, this invoice would be forwarded to Keystone for warranty work. March 13, 2023 was notified by Keystone that the invoice still had not been received. Called Holiday World on the same day and spoke with Nacho, he said their system was down and he would call me when it was back up. March 15, 2023 Leann called, she would check and see what was going on, warranty writer was off but would be back the following day and Leann would "Definitely" call me back tomorrow. March 17, 2023 called Holiday World and was forwarded to Leann's voicemail. My invoice payment was less than $50.00 so no big loss. So if you want to deal with a service department with ill-managed commitment and no accountability this is the place. More

Parts and service dept is horrible in customer service and doesn’t follow through with what they say. So much for a handshake meaning something as they say. Refused to return my good faith deposit, despite the unit I was buying being misrepresented to me after I had signed the initial paperwork. We ordered a new Fuzion 430 fifth wheel. The buying experience was wonderful. Omar and the sales team deserve 5 stars. Why one star...We dropped off our Fuzion Jan 4 to have cosmetic issues discovered on a cross country trip addressed. One of the roof panels came loose and shifted, the shower leaked and damaged molding in the bathroom, decorative pieces on one of the slides were loose / coming off, and there was a tear in one of the seats in the toy hauler compartment of our rig. After 69 days in the shop...again, I say 69 days in the shop, we call to see if our Fuzion is ready. We are told it is and head to pick it up. The winds were horrible 13 March when we picked up our unit so we didn't go in to inspect anything. In good faith we left with our camper, booked a couple of trips now that we have it back only to discover today when we went inside that the damaged molding in the bathroom isn't fixed and the decorative piece on the slide that was loose before has been completely removed! I wish I could upload photos here, but I can't. The other kicker, as this review comes to a close, is we discovered on our trip that a recent recall on our Fuzion for the generator had affected our unit too. Basically the generator is wired wrong and does not power the rig. Despite Keystone listing Holiday World as a certified repair location to have the recall addressed they told me that they do not work on generators! So after 69 days in the shop we have some repairs made, some damage made worse, some damage not addressed at all, and still have to figure out where and how to get our generator recall fixed. Omar is amazing and we would recommend him to anyone considering purchasing a unit. The service department is beyond comprehension and subpar. Poor quality assurance, poor communication throughout the process, and poor service. More
We have been trying to get our deposit back from Holiday World. The deposit was for the initial price and not to hold the RV. When we explained our situation to sales manager Jason Alderete and asked for our deposit back he denied it and said he would call his boss Mr. Payne in Houston, TX. adding sarcastically, "RECENTLY, MY BOSS DENIED AN ELDERLY LADY THAT EVEN BROKE HER ANKLE AND HE STILL DENIED HER $9,000.00 DEPOSIT BACK!" .. I was left with no words, this is inhumane; injustice. This is common in a third world nation, but here? In the United States of America? THE LAND OF THE FREE BECAUSE OF THE BRAVE! All we are asking is for our full deposit back which is $3,500.00. We did not take anything from this place, nothing was sold to us. We just want our money back. Along this process Mr. Alderete has been invading privacy by raising false statements and providing unprofessional customer service, with loaded words and lacking on his receptive hearing and language. Constantly showing his aggressive and anxious behavior. Furthermore, manipulated and forcing us to buy something we cant afford and purchase. This includes the sales manager Jason Alderete; Salesman Ray Lindsay and Financing Manager Bob Lancaster. You want an RV? Look somewhere else not here. Can't be making business with a business like this, that makes easy money with their hand on waist by stealing money from civilians. Update: 03/09/2021 Walked in to Holiday World located in Katy, TX. to speak with Michael Payne . Was unsuccessful in speaking with him due to him being “busy” and then “out of the store”. He rather had a middle man taking and bringing back messages. Giving us two options that are out of our way, and still forcing and manipulating us in to buying the RV and denied deposit. More
