We were immediately greeted by Sam Voss, who was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. He made the search fun (of course how could it not be, we were on the hunt for a Miata!) and even though none of the used cars met our specs, he stuck with us. When a new 2017 sport caught our eye, he made the test drive process easy and pressure-free. Never ones to jump impulsively, we made the long-ish drive home to mull over our options. Throughout this whole time, Sam kept in touch, offering to hold the car, store it inside, etc. He answered all our questions thoroughly and promptly and even though we were remote, we kept in touch via text and email. Importantly, he also worked with us on our pricing & timing preferences. He also arranged to take care of a small imperfection, so that when we drove up a second time to take another look at the car, all these factors together made the decision to purchase easy. We highly recommend Sam Voss, and the Holiday Mazda team! More

John Krug was our salesperson and he couldn't We recently purchased a used 2014 MINI Cooper Paceman from Holiday Mazda dealership in Fond du Lac, WI. John Krug was our salesperson and he couldn't have done a better job of taking care of us during the process. They allowed us to take the MINI home (from out of town) for a couple days to try it out while we finshed up the private sale of our prior car. They were straight forward, no games, no gimmicks, just good honest service. They even offered to honor the trade in offer after the purchase if we could not sell our car by ourselves, although we did sell it ourselves. Fantastic service! More

I found Sarah to be personally charming, and professionally informative and helpful, but not TOO helpful, if you know what I mean. The level of contact was just about right. I researched many dealers and, although Holiday was not the lowest priced, they were among the lowest, and Sarah and her manager made the purchase almost "easy". I know the dealer always wins, but felt I did OK here considering, and am glad to have dealt with Sarah and Holiday. More

Leasing a New Vehicle at Holiday Automotive My wife and I did on-line research for an extended period of time. After selecting several vehicles that interested us we visited various dealer lots My wife and I did on-line research for an extended period of time. After selecting several vehicles that interested us we visited various dealer lots on a Sunday. We then decided upon two dealerships. Our first sales meeting was with a salesman at Holiday Auto of Fond du Lac, WI. Our first contact was with a new salesman. We were impressed with his knowledge that he has gained in a short period of time. What impressed us the most was his honesty when he did not know an answer. But he was, eventually, able to produce answers to all of our questions. He had significant assistance from the Sales Manager. Between the two gentlemen handling the purchasing we felt totally comfortable committing ourselves to a specific vehicle. Every aspect of the event went smoothly; there was never any pressure; and we were satisfied with the eventual lease. So we never did get to the other dealership. We have always felt like we were "taken" some way or another in all of our other vehicular purchases. That may not be accurate but it was how we felt. However, this time we feel that we went through the process with friends...not competing entities. The owner of the dealership can be very proud of his success over the years. He has constructed a clean, honest, happy, fair, and friendly environment. Congratulations to everyone involved in this procedure. More
