I worked with the Holiday GMC dealership, but they all seem to be great, wonderful people to work with! I purchased a suburban from out of state and flew into DFW to pick up the vehicle. Over the month or so that I explored various F-150 purchase options, I experienced first hand the deceiptful sales tactics used by many (if not most ) dealerships. But that wasn't the case at Holiday purchase options, I experienced first hand the deceiptful sales tactics used by many (if not most ) dealerships. But that wasn't the case at Holiday Ford. Their very competitive out the door price for the new truck I purchased was the same as their posted internet price. No unwanted dealer add-ons and the price wasn't subject to a bunch of "got-you" rebates that most buyers don't qualify for. Additionally, Casey in Finance/Insurance didn't try to shame me into buying a bunch of stuff I didn't want. The only negative to the whole purchase experience was that Casey was very busy, so completion of the paperwork took a lot longer than expected. And lastly, there was an issue with tires which they addressed without hesitation by mounting a set of new tires. I recommend Juan in Sales, Rob in Service, Casey in Finance, and the dealership in general. More
