I recently on 2/5/19 had an appointment for a oil change and tire rotation at their Quick Lube , which I really like ! The morning of the appointment the battery on the truck died , I called Holiday to ask if I could be a little late or do I have to change my appointment , the girl that I talked to was so nice , I wish I could remember her name , very professional and really put me at ease , she said that she would inform the service manager of my battery and that if I did indeed need a new one that they could take care of me at the Quick Lube ! When I got there Stuart my service manager , also a very personable and professional person made me feel very at ease ! They put in a new battery and did the oil change and tire rotation and they also washed the truck , and I was on the road again within an hour ! Their employees are the best around ! There's a GMC dealer 16 miles from me , and I choose to drive 60 miles to have my service done ! There's a reason for that ! Their people are the best ! More
Tire rotation took 2 hours. I had a scheduled appointment on a Saturday for a tire rotation. Appointment was at 9:30, arrived at 9:20. I asked for an update around 10:15-10:30 and was told they just needed to do the car wash. Finally got called @ 11:15 that car was done. When I got to the car, it hadn’t been washed. No comment was made for delay. Service was very poor. I sent message with concern over wait, but I never received a response. When I purchased my tires at Holiday I purchased the extra for rotation, but I won’t return. I will find a service facility that actually cares and values your patronage. More

It was snowing crazy that day but the walk area was kept clean. My truck was pulled up right to the door when they were done. More

DOUBLE check your records before getting service here I brought my vehicle in for an oil change. I even stated when I gave the technician my keys that this was for my free oil change, due to the GM warra I brought my vehicle in for an oil change. I even stated when I gave the technician my keys that this was for my free oil change, due to the GM warranty I had. They said my air filter needed to be changed and told me the price, around $38. and I said change it. When my truck was done, they told me it costed $88.00, I was shocked, they charged me the oil change and I thought it was free, they said it was over and I used up all my oil changes. I told them if I knew this, I would have had my husband change it and save the money. They had nothing to say. I was not very impressed with the employees while I waited, I feel that their conversation was not appropriate(talking about another customer), while a different customer was in there. Overall, I haven't problems in the past when I took my truck in to get it serviced for my oil and was happy with the service in the past, that day I was not very happy and this would prevent me from going there again, especially for services that I need, unless they are free. It costs way too much to have any service done at a dealership and I would not go again. More
Terrible I purchased a vehicle from holiday automotive budget center and having an issue i brought it into the holiday service center. i had nothing but proble I purchased a vehicle from holiday automotive budget center and having an issue i brought it into the holiday service center. i had nothing but problems......one issue after another all relating back to the same problem! my car had been repaired twice and when i still had said issue they checked it out for 3 days and told me "they get paid to fix things" and nothing was wrong with my vehicle......then i left....frustrated and only to find my car had new dents dins scratches and my bumper took a hit.....round 2! Dick Beyer treated me like a criminal who was trying to con him! he offered me 500$ to take my car elsewhere! this place has horrible customer service i have never been treated so rudely! More

I had the unfortunate need to have body work done on my brand new car after having it for 3 months. Major hail damage - I took my car in for an estimate and Rick did his thing and then explained the estim brand new car after having it for 3 months. Major hail damage - I took my car in for an estimate and Rick did his thing and then explained the estimate to me in detail. He explained why they could not fix the hood, but had to replace it as well as what could be fixed with paintless repair and what could not and why it could not. When I dropped my car off, there was a loaner ready for me and when I picked my car up Rick went over everything with me. I had to go back 90 days later to have the paint protection redone on the parts that were painted/replaced which was most of my car. I am now driving what looks like a car that just came off the assembly line. Fantastic body work and a bonus all was explained so I could understand! More
