Just as we were about to leave Our salesman Fred suggested we look at an Equinox. Had never heard of it but we tried it out. Perfect fit, comfort and great price not to mention what we got for our trade in. Purchase was quick and easy and left with a full tank of gas. In the end we got alot more then we expected. More

He came into the dealership on his day off to finalize the paperwork since that was convenient for us as the customer. He was really easy to talk to and worked with us a customer. He understood our needs and was able to come through on a deal that made a win-win for both of us. He does a great job communicating with us to make sure we are informed through out the process. Everyone at Holiday was very polite and very friendly. Clearly a representation of a staff that is treated well and appreciated. 2 out of 3 vehicles have been purchased at Holiday in the past 12 years from our household. More
Deceitful I have been searching for a truck, I found one at holiday, it was listed $8000 under the national average price. I couldn't acually take it for a test I have been searching for a truck, I found one at holiday, it was listed $8000 under the national average price. I couldn't acually take it for a test drive since it was safety tested yet so the salesman was able to drive while I was the passenger. So I felt like I got the jump on anyone else that would have bought it, I put down some money on it and was told that I would have to wait for it to be fully inspected. The next day I received a call from the salesman that it should be ready the next day and he would let me know later on for sure. I got no phone call, the next morning I called his cell phone and no answer and also called the dealership and was told he was out of the office. So a couple hours later I received a phone call from the salesman and was told that it didn't pass a "safety inspection" and they were gonna send it to an auction. So I go back to looking for a truck and I find that same truck I wanted listed for $8000 more! I realize people make mistakes but I can't stand being lied to. I will never even consider holiday for a vehicle and pass it on. More

However, I rec'd a call back to make things right about the used car after later it was available again. We were treated with the up most respect and rec'd apology for the way things were handled on previous visit. With that said, we made a purchase and the manager and sales person were awesome! we would truly recommend Holiday Ford to our friends & family. More
Terrible I purchased a vehicle from holiday automotive budget center and having an issue i brought it into the holiday service center. i had nothing but proble I purchased a vehicle from holiday automotive budget center and having an issue i brought it into the holiday service center. i had nothing but problems......one issue after another all relating back to the same problem! my car had been repaired twice and when i still had said issue they checked it out for 3 days and told me "they get paid to fix things" and nothing was wrong with my vehicle......then i left....frustrated and only to find my car had new dents dins scratches and my bumper took a hit.....round 2! Dick Beyer treated me like a criminal who was trying to con him! he offered me 500$ to take my car elsewhere! this place has horrible customer service i have never been treated so rudely! More

Compared to other car My husband and I recently purchased a Honda Fit from Holiday Automotive and could not have been more happy with the experience. Compared to other car dealerships we visited, Holiday provided a friendly, no-pressure atmosphere that went above and beyond our expectations. They gave us plenty of time to talk things over alone and didn't play games like other dealerships tend to do. They graciously put up with my stress and indecisiveness of being a first time car buyer and even stayed with us almost an hour past closing to help us finalize the deal. (Their patience with me in coming to terms with making a financially big purchase was very much appreciated!) They negotiated on price, provided us with free sweatshirts, car mats, and even made sure we drove off the lot with a full tank of gas. They also offered us plenty of water and popcorn throughout our visit. Sometimes, it's the little things that count. :) Needless to say, the service was exceptional. Not until the very end of our buying experience did we find out that Holiday's employees work on a salary (not commission). It all made sense in that moment as that clearly makes a world of difference in how they interact with their customers. The people we worked with (Tony D., Randy G., and Parry B.) were kind, honest, and helpful. They were all down-to-earth and genuine people. We would work with them again in a heartbeat and even drive an hour north from where we live to buy from them again. Cannot recommend Holiday Automotive enough! More

She made an appointment to Unfortunately there seems to be a lack of communication in sales. My daughter had her eye set on a used car in their lot. She made an appointment to see the car and was assured it was still for sale. She asked me to go with her to look at the car, with plans to purchase. She called again before we left and was told the car was available. We then drove over an hour only to find out that the car was sold. The manager did appalogize but offered no recourse for this major inconvenience. They did have other cars avaliable which would have sufficed. However they made no attempt to offer a deal to make up for their mistake. Very poor customer relations. More
