Matt was a very nice and genuinely seemed to care about what we wanted and what our budget was. Russ was very helpful and gave lots of advice. One thing i must stay negatively, is how long it takes to purchase a car. I believe we were there for 5 or 6 hours. That includes arriving, test driving, negotiations, and financing. We stopped at Holiday Ford later on Tuesday, Chris the Sales Manager and David Olson couldn't have been more accommodating, Dave took the time to explain all the features of the Explorer. My wife was still not sure as she had her heart set on the other type of vehicle. Thursday Chris and Dave set her up with the vehicle for the day, needless to say she fell in love with her NEW EXPLORER. When we drove away from the lot on Thursday night, she commented on how great they made her fell about her choice, we've bought from Holiday before and will continue to be customers. By the way, the vehicle we were looking for a used Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, Mango Tango in color, Chris and the team at Holiday had been looking for one for us, hard vehicle to find, glad they didn't find one, The Explorer is Canyon Ridge, perfect color match for my wife.
