So sorry for not sending this sooner for I will say that if I consider all the vehicles I have purchased over my lifetime, which is a quite a few when I start going back to when I started to drive back in the late 1960's, that my experience with Dean Jaber of Holiday Automotive has to rank as one of the most positive and fairest experiences. What I appreciated about Dean was that at no time did I feel pressured to buy. He did a great job researching and locating the exact vehicle that I wanted to possible buy even though that particular vehicle was no where to be found at the time. Like a lot of folks do, I went to a couple of other dealerships to compare trade-in values being offered and Holiday was more than fair with what was offered for my older vehicle according to the so called suggested value prices that you may find online. Mr. Jaber went way above and beyond as far as I was concerned in making sure that I understood all my purchasing options as well as all the additional information that I needed to know when purchasing a GM product. Dean was super in getting back to me whenever I tried to contact him, even when I had left on a trip to Nevada. Once the sale had been agreed upon, Dean has continued to contact me to make sure that I am totally satisfied with my new investment. Thanks for all you did Dean! More

Customer Service Like No Other I walked through the doors of Holiday Automotive towards the end of a long, snowy December day, knowing only that I was in need of a new truck. I was I walked through the doors of Holiday Automotive towards the end of a long, snowy December day, knowing only that I was in need of a new truck. I was met at the door by salesman Matt Birschbach. From the first minute dealing with Matt I felt comfortable and knew he understood what I was looking for. We weren’t able to come together on a truck that night, but I went away from our meeting with a lot of promise for tomorrow. The next morning I called Matt and told him I was getting ready to start my 60 mile drive back to Holiday to try to get a truck deal done. I told him that I had several trucks in mind, but one that was on the top of the list. When I arrived on this -1 degree, cold December morning, I found that Matt had pulled the truck into the Building, so I could go over it in the comfort of a heated shop. After a short test drive and a fun negotiation with Matt and the guys, my 60 mile drive back home was in a beautiful lifted 2015 GMC Sierra. I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime, but I have never felt as comfortable as I did with Matt and all the guys/gals at Holiday Auto in FDL!! More
