Yes the brand and model was top on the list, but what follows is the service and confidence of knowing you will be taken care of when you leave. When I walked through the door at Holiday Auto I found a staff that made me feel 100% sure I was going to be taken care of. A friendly atmosphere that looked like it was a great day to be at work. (happy people) My auto specialist's name that greeted me was Fred Toth. Instantly I knew he wasn't meeting me to sell a me just a car, but to find me a perfect fit, educate me on a vehicle, mostly to assure me that Holiday Auto and himself had strong values that should I need anything in the future that they would stand by their word. Upon looking the car we found over I will say that every detail I looked at was excellent. With being taken from a large local Fox Valley dealer in the past I felt that this time the game was on. Keep it real! (I even pulled the black rubber cap off of the strut bolt under the hood to see how much care this car had). I believe when I saw the 172 inspection sheet that it was done. I will be proud to show my dad that I found a beautiful vehicle. With the Buick Lacrosse being in the top 3 of its class, I feel confident this car will bring me years of comfort and safety. Still researching my options every now and then, I decided to stop in at Holiday Ford after my sons basketball game. The pre-owned truck I was searching for was available and I asked to drive the vehicle. Right away the sales team grabbed the keys and got me inside the truck and it only took 5 minutes. After a 15 minute drive I brought it back, the dealership was about to close. The sales team said your only going to know if you like the truck if you spend time with it. Take it for the weekend and early next week and we'll send someone up to Appleton to pick it up if you do not want it. This was the first dealership to operate this way with me. I was driving the vehicle and had the price worked out all in less than 1/2 hr, no xx, no sitting me down and disappearing for 20 minutes here and there. It was a great way to sell and purchase a vehicle. The experience was great! More

Unexpected Happiness We stopped at Holiday Automotive to look at a Chevy Impala to replace our Cadillac XTS 2013. We liked the ride but couldn't decide on which color w We stopped at Holiday Automotive to look at a Chevy Impala to replace our Cadillac XTS 2013. We liked the ride but couldn't decide on which color was the best. After much going back and forth our salesman showed us a metallic hunter green Buick LaCrosse. Neither of us even considered a Buick. We both were very impressed with everything about this car. We decided to come back in a few days for a test drive. Needless to say, we are the proud owners of the LaCrosse. Our salesman, Fred Toth, was patient with us. He made buying this new car a really fun experience. He went over the entire car's features thoroughly and professionally. We would definitely recommend Holiday and Fred for a truly great car buying experience. More
