John Rossley was a fantastic salesman who truly put in the time so that I could be familiar with all of the new features of my beautiful RAV 4 Limited. Our test drive was fun and entertaining; he's definitely a great "people person" with a fun sense of humor. I also felt that he made me feel comfortable enough to keep asking questions if I needed to. I never felt pressure or felt as if I was taking up too much of his time. It was a swift and easy day - I'd strongly recommend John to anyone looking for a new car. Matt West was our first salesman 3 years ago and now is a fantastic manager! He is so personable and professional. He also has a nice way about him that makes people feel comfortable. Also, for the last 3 years, the staff in the service center have been friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Feedback for Toyota: your options and trim lines are very confusing and you almost lost a sale to Honda because of the level of frustration I experienced with making an informed decision. In addition the lack of an SUV option with manual transmission was extremely disappointing. Thank you. More
