Brenda Sostre was extremely professional, very detailed in explaining what was being done. called to let me know when my car was ready. Car was cleaned when I picked my car up, something STEPHEN'S AUTO MAL in explaining what was being done. called to let me know when my car was ready. I initially found the car I was looking for on the web. The dealership was across the state. I spoke about the purchasing a new car and trading my old car on the phone.I hate haggling with dealers. Basically he knew I would be driving far and just gave me a great deal without having to play games and waste my time. Chris Delphi gave me a good deal on both ends. When I got to the dealership I found he was a man of his word. I was next helped by Jesus, then Anthony in finance. Both were very knowledgeable and plesant. It was worth a trip across the state for my great price and great customer service. More
The service dept at Hoffman is excellent. They are always on time and have never kept me waiting. When they tell me it will take 1 hour for the service to be performed, they usually have it done in less time on time and have never kept me waiting. I really like the way they check you in for service, from pulling my car into the heated garage check in station, to the service rep coming out to meet me and bring me into his office to make sure we are clear on what service is to be performed. All the service personnel are very knowledgeable and friendly and ready to answer any question I have in a professional and courteous manner. More

I had a very positive experience with Hoffman Toyota. Hoffman's inventory of used cars (in my case Priuses) was better than what I found in other dealerships in Massachusetts where I live. So it was worth it for me to travel all the way to Avon from western Mass. Second, as soon as I set up an appointment online, I was given the name of a specific sales rep with whom I would interact. I liked having a specific "go to" person who I looked for when I arrived at the dealership. Third and importantly, both the cars I was interested in test driving were waiting for me in front which speeded up my selection process. Finally, Hoffman handled all paperwork and legwork involving the transfer of licence plates from my old car to new car, registration, etc. Having someone else handle that made my life a lot easier! I feel their slogan, "Driven by Trust" is what they base their dealership on. It is a shame other dealerships don’t follow their lead.
