My sales rep - George Corsa - was very knowledgeable of the Toyota product. Every question I asked him, he had an answer ready for me and was very clear explaining the new features of the car. My experience with George was very professional and very cordial. He was easy to speak with and he knew his product inside out. The Manager - Tyrell Dabrowski - was the first to greet me and he is a very energetic young man and made me feel quite welcome as I walked into the dealership. He too, was easy to work with and finalize the deal. The Credit Manager - Jamaal Alkatib - was very easy to deal with and he was very clear in explaining the contract we were about to sign and the advantages of exercising the extended warranty. Overall I would have to say as my wife and I walked into the dealership we were made to feel very welcome and we were treated great by everyone we came into contact with. This is my second Camry I have purchased from Hoffman and I would not hesitate at all to return to Hoffman for my third. When you walk thru the doors of Hoffman Toyota, they make you feel like part of the family. GREAT JOB EVERYONE!!!!! More

In my pusuit of buying a new car, I visited several dealers and found that the reception I received was always somewhat less than desireable, in that the sales rep was always pursuing an immediate reac dealers and found that the reception I received was always somewhat less than desireable, in that the sales rep was always pursuing an immediate reaction and I felt like a "piece of meat". Unfortunatley many auto dealers generate an uncomfortable feeling when you walk in with their "hungry" attitude and pursuit of the potential customer. My experience at the Hoffman dealership, and with Rick Seidman in particular, was significantly different. I specifically remember arriving at the front door and being received in a pleasant and well mannered presence by Mr. Seidman. He was willing to spend time with me and to explain the various aspects of the car as well as the trade and purchase process. While we were unable to come to an immediate sale decision, Mr. Seidman remained engaged in the process in a very cordial and professional manner. Several phone conversations and discussions took place before the actual sale and delivery and he retained that professional and helpful demeanor at all times. I decided to buy from Hoffman despite the fact that it was somewhat distant from my home and where there were several other Toyota dealers in more reasonable proximity. I decided to buy from Hoffman because Mr. Seidman, by his presence and professional demeanor made me feel very comfortable in the purchase process. There was never a "push" or urgency to get to the next step in the process. I felt him to be trustworthy and professional in his manner and attitude and it was a pleasure doing business with the firm as a result of his presence. More

I use to live in Connecticut a few years back and was in the market for another car. Driving to work I would pass this billboard everyday for Hoffman auto mall that had a picture of a man on it that I thoug the market for another car. One day I stopped in and was surprised to see the man on the billboards around town was a real salesman. So I approach him and made a comment about his picture being all over town. We had a good laugh and then he asked how he could help me. Without boring you with the details I drove off the lot with a really good deal on a 1yr old toyota. I was very impressed with the way I was treated and not forced into something I didn't want. Mr. Bostic seem the be very honest and upfront with me and that made me feel like he cared. I have recommended everyone I know to visit him over the years. Now 10yrs after buying that Toyota ( that by the way still is running great) I am looking for a new car and was very pleased to find that Mr. Bostic is still there. I will be driving to Connecticut very soon to buy my car from the only car salesman that I trust. More
