I wanted to write about Hoffman Toyota given the exceptional service I have received in my 5 years working with them. All of the staff are very courteous and helpful and always willing to "go the ex exceptional service I have received in my 5 years working with them. I had no clue what the issue was, and these guys worked tirelessly to figure out the problem. They did a very very good job. My primary contact at Hoffman Toyota is Mike Fitzgerald. I would recommend anyone seek him out as a service provider. He is friendly, knowledgeable, a "straight shooter" and all around a pleasure to work with. He has always provided me very good advice that ends up saving me time and money, and coupled with being a good person to work with, that's the most important thing. 5's all around! More
I was promptly and courtously greated by my CSR, Linda S. My requested, unscheduled service was qiickly recoreded and my service coupon accepted. Linda kept me updated periodically throughout the service visit. Linda reviewed the service findings/recommendations and answered my questions about what needed to be done by when. The only issue I had was minor - I was informed that my vehicle would be brought to the bay for pick up in about 5 minutes. 15 - 20 minutes there was no vehicle (it turned out to be a back up on car washing). I left without the car wash but would have left earlier if I had known of the delay. Still, the service was fine and Linda was courteous and informative. More
My first surprise was, I didn't have to leave my car in the lot, which can be confusing. you can drive it right to the service door and drive in, where you are met by a service employee who will take th in the lot, which can be confusing. you can drive it right to the service door and drive in, where you are met by a service employee who will take the car and direct you to the service manager, who in turn will take your information. The service lounge was clean and comfortable, with coffee and tea. My wait was short and my second surprise, my car was serviced and washed. We always feel the car runs better when serviced and now it looked better. My overall experience with Hoffman Motors is great, from the time I bought my car and the care and service afforded myself and my vehicle. Larry Gendler More

First purchase from this dealership. The price negotiating was a stalemate and one of the worst purchases I have had in 30 years. They are very reluctant to match pricing from similar dealers. You basically have to accept what they offer or be ready for a long back and forth negotiating process. Communication was less than favorable. Not a dealership for the average person, geared towards upper middle class clients so if you are blue collar like me, look for another dealer. Forget about trade in values, they won't give you close to what your vehicle is worth. Better to sell it on your own. I would not recommend this Toyota dealer. Their Honda shop is much better in my opinion. More

I was given an appointment date and time, when I called that met my needs. This was extremely important to me, for which I am very greatful. My Service Advisor Mike Fuhr, welcomed me upon my arrival. He made sure he knew what the vehicle issues were, that needed to be addressed. Mike also came to get me after the work was done. He went the completed report, addressing all that we discussed needing to be done. Advised me how to handle any other questions I might have in the future. Initially I stopped in Toyota on Rt 44 Canton explaining to "Michael" that my radio was not working. He stated it might take about an hour to evaluate/fix and/or recommend alternative. Within that one hour, to "Michael" that my radio was not working. He stated it might take about an hour to evaluate/fix and/or recommend alternative. Within that one hour, he told me the radio was broken, needed to order a new one which should arrive within a week of them placing the order; or before! Approximately two days later, I received a call; radio was in, would I like to make an appointment to arrange the replacement?? Very polite, to the point and efficient! I scheduled that appoinment for the following Monday; was told by "Michael" it would take approximately one hour and 10 minutes to replace the radio. They did. I had mentioned to Michael that the speaker on the right side of the car was crackling, very static. He stated they would take a look at that at the same time as replacing the radio. The speaker was damaged. Michael stated they would order a new one and replace. When the speaker arrived, they would call me. Again, might take a few days; it took approximately two days. Received a call, the speaker was in. Scheduled the service and witihin the designated time, the speaker was replaced and I was on my way. I have bought 3 Toyota's to date from this same dealer because of their quality, service and respect shown me as a valued customer. More
