Service Department Brought car in at 7:00 AM for a recall. Explained to service adviser that I had a doctor's appointment at 10:00AM. Bad customer service Poor customer service when I brought my car in. Was ignored at several different times during the ordeal. Had good experience when I bought my car several years ago However with the very very poor experience I received recently I will I not go back. Sales Was treated well by Mr Dabrowski, the Salesman he had help me and the finance officer. All were nice, courteous, and friendly as were all personnel I Was treated well by Mr Dabrowski, the Salesman he had help me and the finance officer. All were nice, courteous, and friendly as were all personnel I encountered directly or iindirectly. My only disappointment was having to return my old plates to DMV in person. I was led to believe it was a simple process but is not as you have to wait in line like all the other people who have more complex transactions at the DMV. It is hard to understand why a dealership can issue new plates but can not take the old ones. More
