We were greeted by Larry as soon as we started walking around the parking lot looking at cars, and his patience and customer service is one of the reasons why we will return to purchase a second car in the future and purchase it from him. He listened to what we wanted, guided us in the direction we wanted to go and didn't waste our time with a vehicle we didn't want. We told him exactly what we wanted in the car we were looking for and that we wanted to test drive several cars. He even took the time to check other Hoffman dealerships in the area for other brands that matched what we were looking for. After deciding we wanted to move forward with the 2015 RAV4, Larry, Jose and Jamal worked with us to get the payment down to where we needed it to be, even after the car we were traded in came back with negative equity and a higher pay-off than expected. While initially nervous about making such a huge purchase on the first day and first car we test drove, we walked away with a great car that met all of our needs both financial and utilitarian. Larry, Jose and Jamal truly lived up to the Hoffman motto, "Driven By Trust" a quality that is very hard to find in a car dealer today. We will definitely be back and spread the word! More
