Mike Fitzgerald made sure to take care of me from the moment I walked in until the moment I left. He provided an excellent explanation of what they would be doing to my car during the service and gave me his undivided attention the entire time I was working with him. He was extremely personable, yet professional at the same time. Being new to the dealership with having just bought a car from Hoffman Toyota approximately 6 months ago, I could not be more impressed with Mike and his entire staff. Friendly but poor quality and disorganized service Scheduled routine 35,000 mile service online, and 1) Was told they didn't have my paperwork when I arrived. Since this has occurred before, I showed Scheduled routine 35,000 mile service online, and 1) Was told they didn't have my paperwork when I arrived. Since this has occurred before, I showed the rep the print-out from their own reservation system....Turns out, this seems to be a known problem... Note to Hoffman: FIX it, or simply proactively print out the daily schedule rather than waste my time. 2)Discussed intermittent leak from the oil filter they had previously installed. Emphasized that the new filter must be properly seated/installed. 1 1/2 hours later, they had not done the oil change, (or addressed the leaking filter) because 'its not part of this service'. REALLY? After questioning, rep left and returned to say OOPS, an oil change IS supposed to be done. ... Note: Do what you are supposed to do WELL the first time and stop pushing other stuff. Meantime, annoyed customer waits.... 3) 2 hours into it... I'm directed to a window to sign paperwork and was informed my next service has been scheduled for 6 months from today, not, "May I set up your next appointment?" Note to Hoffman: I do not want you deciding when and where I will be 6 months from now. Nor is there any reason to believe I'll be at 40,000 miles in 182 days.. This is arrogance disguised as service efficiency and wastes my time cancelling and rescheduling. 4) Today they called to check if we'd brought in the vehicle for the service....They had no record of it! Really? What happens when we have an issue and they claim we did not do all the required service??? We made the mistake of buying an extended service contract from Hoffman, or I would not be taking the Toyota back to them in future. PS there is no wi-fi or outlet to use while waiting. More

Hoffman Toyota gets the Job Done!! I was able to purchase a 2012 Toyota Camry xle wih Hoffman Toyota. Thanks to Jeanette Garcia and Tyrrell Dabrowski, they were able to finance my new v I was able to purchase a 2012 Toyota Camry xle wih Hoffman Toyota. Thanks to Jeanette Garcia and Tyrrell Dabrowski, they were able to finance my new vehicle and take my 2000 Pontiac As a trade in. They worked with me on my down payment and offered me more money for my trade in even though it wasn't worth more than $1.00!! I am so thankful for them. They really have helped me in all aspects of my life. Nowadays a car is a necessity and not a luxury. I'm able to get to and from both of my jobs now thanks to them. Outstanding service and patience from Larry! My wife and I purchased a 2015 Toyota RAV4 and could not have been happier with the experience. We were greeted by Larry as soon as we started walking My wife and I purchased a 2015 Toyota RAV4 and could not have been happier with the experience. We were greeted by Larry as soon as we started walking around the parking lot looking at cars, and his patience and customer service is one of the reasons why we will return to purchase a second car in the future and purchase it from him. He listened to what we wanted, guided us in the direction we wanted to go and didn't waste our time with a vehicle we didn't want. We told him exactly what we wanted in the car we were looking for and that we wanted to test drive several cars. He even took the time to check other Hoffman dealerships in the area for other brands that matched what we were looking for. After deciding we wanted to move forward with the 2015 RAV4, Larry, Jose and Jamal worked with us to get the payment down to where we needed it to be, even after the car we were traded in came back with negative equity and a higher pay-off than expected. While initially nervous about making such a huge purchase on the first day and first car we test drove, we walked away with a great car that met all of our needs both financial and utilitarian. Larry, Jose and Jamal truly lived up to the Hoffman motto, "Driven By Trust" a quality that is very hard to find in a car dealer today. We will definitely be back and spread the word! More

Mike Fitzgerald took the time to explain the deficiency in terms I could understand and impressed upon me, in a sincere fashion, the potential repercussions, should we continue to drive the vehicle as is. He was courteous and accommodating in every way, from getting the family into a all-wheel-drive loaner and then extending our opportunity to use the vehicle, to helping where he could from a cost perspective. Mike returned my calls promptly and was professional at all times. He said I was a valued customer and I felt like one. Thank you again Mike. More
