We just bought a Highlander from Hoffman and had a wonderful experience--great price on the car, great price on our trade in, and great customer service from everyone. We worked with Jesus who was friendly and patient and not pushy at all. Jose, the manager, is professional and friendly and was very attentive to what we needed. And, Mike, the finance manager got us a better rate on our loan than we had asked for (based on preapproval elsewhere). Can't recommend highly enough--the staff made a difficult task very easy and pleasant! More

The experience was so positive my daughter went back with me the next day and leased a Toyota Camry XSE. She was leasing a Honda Accord. Both Jose River and Jose Espinosa worked great as a team for both me and my daughter and my daughter. Jose Espinosa kept crunching numbers while Jose Rivera kept bring up cars for us to look at and test drive. I am going back in 3 days to negotiate a lease for a friend of mine, they think I got great lease payments with very little out of pocket, their monthly payment is $153.00 / mo. higher than mine More
