Great customer service I was very pleased with my experience here. It was my first time buying a new car and Matt West made it so painless. On the first day, he showed me al I was very pleased with my experience here. It was my first time buying a new car and Matt West made it so painless. On the first day, he showed me all three trim levels for the Toyota Highlander and was very patient. While he did point out all the great features of the car and benefits to buying a Toyota vehicle, he wasn't very pushy like other sales guys can be. He helped me in my decision making process and was respectful of the fact that I was still looking around at other dealerships. He was quick to follow up with me after my initial visit and was very attentive and easy to get in touch with. Negotiating with James Fappiano was quick and also painless. Once I made the purchase, it took two weeks for my car to arrive to the dealership (which I was aware of). Although it seemed like a long time, Matt checked in frequently (even on his day off!) to keep me updated on the status of the car. Mike Viara took care of all my insurance and registration details that it couldn't have been any easier. Everyone was very courteous and welcoming and I would highly recommend Hoffman Toyota to anyone looking to purchase a new car. More

They provide great customer service and take the time to explain what may be wrong with your vehicle, options that you may have to fix it or what the potential consequences are if you don't fix it at that time. They provide a great waiting room that is clean and comfortable with a tv, coffee, water and two computers for customers to use. It makes any wait that you may have much easier. If you don't want to wait they also have a shuttle service to take you to home or pick you up. I appreciate the work the service team does and I am especially happy with the Assistant Service Manager, Mike Fitzgerald. I would go to the dealership just for him. He is the epitome of great customer service. However, the entire group is like a big family and does a wonderful job. You definately get the sense they care about you as a person. More
