On the first day, he showed me all three trim levels for the Toyota Highlander and was very patient. While he did point out all the great features of the car and benefits to buying a Toyota vehicle, he wasn't very pushy like other sales guys can be. He helped me in my decision making process and was respectful of the fact that I was still looking around at other dealerships. He was quick to follow up with me after my initial visit and was very attentive and easy to get in touch with. Negotiating with James Fappiano was quick and also painless. Once I made the purchase, it took two weeks for my car to arrive to the dealership (which I was aware of). Although it seemed like a long time, Matt checked in frequently (even on his day off!) to keep me updated on the status of the car. Mike Viara took care of all my insurance and registration details that it couldn't have been any easier. Everyone was very courteous and welcoming and I would highly recommend Hoffman Toyota to anyone looking to purchase a new car. More
