As the saying goes you get what you pay for, other dealers will offset that great deal on a car with a bad offer on your trade or they will hard sell you on every coating or accessory they can. He was so patient in letting me spend as much time as I needed driving the cars and asking lots of questions. I never felt rushed or pressured. The finance department worked with me to arrive at a deal that I was comfortable with. When I picked up my Rav4, Julio spent a lot of time explaining how everything worked.
