Unbelieveable Service I can't even explain how amazing the service they provide is. I couldn't make it down to the dealership the day I needed to get the car. Jamal and Larry figured a way where Larry would drive to my work(15 minutes away) AND my co-signers work(45 minutes away) and Larry even offered to stay after they closed to make sure I got the car that day. My most recent service appointment with Hoffman Toyota was on 7-23-15 and the purpose of this appointment was to correct all of the "caution areas" id My most recent service appointment with Hoffman Toyota was on 7-23-15 and the purpose of this appointment was to correct all of the "caution areas" identified a month earlier, when I went in for an oil change and check of all systems possibly needing repair or adjustment. On my visit of 7-23-15, I was immediately met by the service advisor, Michael Fuhr. After showing him the paperwork showing the areas noted Caution on the earlier visit, he immediately explained to me what would be done to correct these, as well as to evaluate any other areas of my vehicle, to be sure there were no other caution factors present. I could not have been more pleased with the excellent, professional, informative, and efficient response and completion of work, I received from Michael. I will certainly return to Hoffman Toyota, and continue to recommend this dealership to my friends in the future. More
