I was not happy with the cost, but Mike helped me understand the importance of the work if we were to keep the car going. When I had to bring the car back for some additional work, he personally worked with me, and provided reasonable pricing. I believe Mike cares about his clients and wants to make them as happy as possible. I look forward to working with him in the future. More

Living in CT and working in NYC makes it very challenging to manage personal matter, particularly finding and purchasing a new car. From the initial email inquiry, my sales person John Oulundsen was able to quickly and efficiently provide me with the information I needed. We were able to communiate via email, I was never “pressured” into a sale. Likewise, all my questions regarding financing and extended warranty options were addressed by Jamal Alkatib. After performing some due diligence, I felt very comfortable with the deal that we structured. On the day of the transaction, or should I say evening! All parties accommodated my schedule by conducting the sale at 7pm. The sale itself was highly efficient. I was in and out of the dealership within one hour.
