When visiting Hoffman, I wanted to experience the drive of a V-6 vs. I 4 Hybrid, and without hesitation, the sales people provided access to both for my driving experience. The last car I drove was a Hybrid Avalon, which to my expectations was very quite, drove easily and was as peppy as a V-6. Hoffman gave me a great deal on a trade. More

He served my husband and myself very well with answering many questions that we had in response to 2015 vs. 2016. He also took the time to take us out looking for different colors in the lot and when we finally decided, he went out and cleaned the snow off the car we chose and brought it to the salesroom so that I could try driving it. He is a most personable salesman who tries to do as much as he has control of in the pricing and purchasing of a car. I would definitely recommend him to others. More

I found the car I was looking for online, sent my inquiry and got an Internet quote. The next day, I spoke with a person there and told them I'd stop by later. She then wrote me that her manager said he was selling the vehicle at MSRP, in other words, the Internet quote was just to get me to come in. After I said I wasn't interested anymore, due to the price change, I got a vague email from the manager to com in and talk. Since then, I've emailed the manager twice, with no reply. Today, I went to the dealer, but the manager was no where to be found. So... I don't think these are serious people. More
