Generally when salespeople make their sale they'll completely disregard the customer and move onto the next one. Julio Sosa, the salesperson I was working with, was more than friendly and willing to address and resolve both the issue of a faulty parking sensor and a damaged key fob on my new truck a couple days after I bought it. The entire ordeal (which I generally despise) was very pleasant and pain free. I highly recommend them. More
