Replace recall exhaust pipe to catalytic converter I was only there for the above replacement. About an hour into the service, a service rep called me from. Brian did the research himself and found that on my particular car, This time they took in my MINI COOPER to look it over for a Power Steering issue. I pay cash for everything, so Mike and I worked out a plan to chip away at the list. We worked together for six months, addressing the safety items first. No customer focus, long phone hold times and lost paperwork The actual work was completed appropriately. Their customer service needs work. I waited on hold to make the appointment. When I arrived I waited for The actual work was completed appropriately. Their customer service needs work. I waited on hold to make the appointment. When I arrived I waited for a service write-up person to get to me. (Three people waiting and only one write-up person available). I left the car with them and they said they would call when it was ready. They did not. I called and, again after a long hold, they searched for the paperwork and told me the car was ready. When I arrived the search was again launched for the paperwork. When it was located I was able to retrieve my car. Not the best experience. More
